It was super clean, exceeded my expectations, very organized, and I loved how we could adjust the TV's position. The glass wall was a really nice touch, and the place looked amazing for such an affordable price! Just a heads-up though: it’s a bit far from any stores and there’s no nearby convenience store, so I highly recommend buying all the essentials before heading there. I'm definitely going back!

This was such a beautiful room - one of the prettiest I've booked here in Airbnb. It has everything we need and most of all - the most budget-friendly rate in the area as well. The host and her assistant had been very helpful throughout the stay. I highly recommend this!

It's the second time I've been hosted in this beautiful house. Small but extremely welcoming and with everything you need for a peaceful stay 😌. The area is very well-kept and very safe. You can walk and go to the pool. I'll definitely be back 🙏🏼😁.

Cozy III Playcation is amazing, I could even say one of a kind. If you’re a gamer you’ll be sure to enjoy this place. There’s a lot of games to choose from and amazing choices of games as well. The place is clean and free of clutter. The MVP of this unit is the honesty store, it helped a lot specially the bldg is at the back part of the Trees. They are very accomodating, I had an issue finding the HDMI to connect the switch and issue with YT and the Host’s husband personally came to the unit and fixed it. They’re responsive and friendly as well. I had a lot of questions but they answered it all immediately. They will also send vids and instructions on how to operate the ps5 and nin switch. However, there’s a few things to improve; bigger trashbag, check in passcode, and ventilation in the bathroom. All in all, I enjoyed their unit very much. We were able to really rest and enjoy at the same time. Thanks for being such a wonderful and accomodating, Monique!

Extremely clean, interior design is great and the view of the city and sunset was amazing. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean up after yourself but you need to bring your own seasonings or buy some in Century Mall. If you dont feel like cooking then you have just about every kind of food within walking distance or via delivery. Even El Chupacabra is in walking distance which is a must try place if you love Mexican food. The wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be returning again in the near future.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The check-in process was incredibly smooth — everything was clearly explained ahead of time, and I was able to get settled in without any hassle. The host was extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions I had, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. All the instructions throughout the property were clear and easy to follow, from Wi-Fi details to water refilling. The space itself was spotless and very well maintained. The AC units worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the best parts was the location — the place is very accessible to restaurants, making it easy to grab a great meal or coffee just a short walk away. Overall, a comfortable and stress-free stay. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to return!

We had a very comfortable stay and very much worth the price. The room as clean and cozy and had most of the things you'd need. The free parking as easy and accessible, it was a bit tight to maneuver so just don't bring an oversized car. Definitely would stay again!

Stayed for 2 weeks and felt so much at home and welcomed. Ma’am Tina and Kier were great hosts. Communications were great, both very responsive and would go out of their way to help. The place is exactly as described, it got all we need and also clean! We were also allowed to use the kitchen and do laundry on the main house. There were so many stores outside this listing like food stalls, coffee and tea pop-ups, water refilling station, pharmacy etc. Ma’am Tina would also send us food which I appreciate so much. I didn’t get to experience that before. Thanks so much Ma’am Tina, Kier and family for hosting us. Will definitely be back. I wish you all the best :)

everythung was clear and concise, from check in to chrck out. easy to communicate with. details are complete. no hassle at all. i felt like going to my own home. place was clean. i didnt need much to stay at the place so didnt also look for much. lots of great restaurants around the area and inside the mall at the lower grounds. building elevator did not take lonh for waiting even tho not all are working when i was staying.

Had a great weekend stay at Susana’s. I definitely will be back as her place was super peaceful. I loved the patio garden, and the place itself was very spacious and open. I recommend for anyone who’d like a peaceful little getaway. There are many cafes, restaurants, and bars in the area that are walkable.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and smelled fresh the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the kids have toys, books and even towels. The host was incredibly friendly and very accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. If I could stay here longer, I definitely would, it's that inviting. Highly recommended!

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! Andrew’s place was just the perfect place for my family to stay for 12 days. The unit was exactly what we expected and more. The host was responsive to our needs and even helped us when a personal item was accidentally left in the unit after we checked out. I truly appreciate his kindness. I would definitely recommend this place!
