We were meet at the train station by a worker who waited for us with my name on a sign. Walked us to the lodging and helped us check in. They then offered directions on a map and how to get where we wanted to go. As for the room it was just as described and we found the room to be comfortable and clean. I felt completely safe and enjoyed our stay. Then staff was always cleaning and working to keep the property up. The breakfast in the morning consisted of eggs and a meat plus fruits and cereals. Very enjoyable being able to walk everywhere from this location. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Nice central location with clean room and refreshing pool! The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful which is a nice bonus!

Esta es la habitación de un hotel con excelente ubicación en Aguas Calientes. El lugar es muy bueno para pasar un par de noches y descansar luego se explorar Machupicchu. Vale mencionar que los chicos de recepción son muy simpáticos y atentos!

This place was absolutely beautiful. About 45-60 minutes walk from aguas calientes, it is surrounded by beautiful nature, a waterfall, and a botanical garden that are well worth the visit. The walk from aguas calientes is beautiful too, although perhaps a little bit scary for some as it is walking along a narrow path beside active train tracks. Erwin and his mother were both very nice, providing meals at a low cost and answering all questions. Some of the units are standalone cabins, others are adjacent to neighboring rooms which I was unaware of. Highly recommend

O Airbnb é ótimo! A localização é excelente, bem perto da estação de trem. A recepção foi muito atenciosa: nos deram um mapa com os pontos turísticos e instruções para Machu Picchu. Também nos entregaram um cartão com recomendações de restaurante, e ainda ganhamos uma cortesia. O quarto era ótimo, com uma cama muito confortável e um chuveiro excelente. Gostaria que todos os outros Airbnbs da viagem tivessem sido tão bons quanto este. Tudo impecável! Amei!
