Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Santa Maria

Beautiful and very spacious apartment on a large resort. For us a good choice, use of the facilities of the resort but for the beach and good food to Santa Maria. Staff at the resort is very friendly. The back part (Tui) where the apartment is is fine, the rest of it does need renovation. Apartment is very clean, an extensive kitchen with everything you need and a nice bed. Communication was quick and smooth.

Great host and even better stay. Joao was very attentive and his place with two huge balconies and 3 big bedrooms was great. My guests were hesitant to stay in Espargos because Santa Maria is where is supposedly hip but I highly recommend Joao’s apartment in the heart of Esparagos. The local restaurants Joao recommended were also a great addition to our trip. Will definitely stay longer when I return to Sal.

Richard was an excellent host. He was flexible and accommodating, and we had a blast snorkeling with him in the little bay nearby. The place was exactly as advertised: comfortable, clean, and spacious. Thank you!

Myself and my friend stayed here for 9 days. We really enjoyed our stay. The complex is well equipped and also we felt very safe with the security there. Great location with easy access to the local town and beaches

The accommodation was a great fit for us. The villa is very well decorated and generously sized. Having a rental car was an advantage for us. Wayne and his deputy José are thoughtful and committed hosts.

The place is really wonderful. Quiet with nice swimming pool and views. Beautiful sand beaches near by.

We had a great time staying with Paolo. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you might need. A supermarket is just around the corner and the beach is also not far. We had a security person in the residential complex all night and all day, which made us feel safe.

This apartment was perfectly located and well furnished. We enjoyed having access to the pool of the residence, and to be within walking distance of Santa Maria beach, the pier, and many restaurants as well as the main street. Carolina was there for our check-in and allowed us to do it a bit earlier than the scheduled time. She was super friendly and gave us lots of tips and info. She also helped us store our bags after check-out as we had an evening flight. Overall we were very happy and would definitely go back! Thanks again Carolina :-)

The place was in a beautiful and quiet location on the outskirts of Santa Maria and close to the ION surf station. The rooms were spacious, the ceilings high and everything was functional and adequately equipped. The beds were comfortable and the duvets and pillows were clean and pleasant. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. The terrace was very nice and due to the location in the lee, so you could sit comfortably outside all day. We felt very comfortable and nothing was missing. The windows all had fly screens and shutters, you could sleep safely and insects stayed outside. Vicky was always easily accessible and helpful.

I loved the stay, it meets the description. Very helpful and thoughtful host. The house is very well equipped, and they have small essentials for cooking, I recommend !

Nice clean place well located. No air conditioning though so not sure how cool it would be in summer. But very good and perfect in march.

Mallory and Fani's apartment was spectacular, really great location, far enough away from the main tourist area that it wasn't noisy and felt more local, but close enough that we could walk everywhere with ease. There are some fantastic restaurants right on the doorstep which are highly recommended! The apartment itself is fantastic, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and more and really well looked after and decorated. Great views of the sea and an amazing balcony. The communication from Mallory and Fani was great, they answered any messages so quickly and were always friendly and would help wherever they could. They arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and take us straight to the apartment which was really helpful. If you are coming to Sal then we cannot recommend staying here enough, you won't be disappointed!

We had a great time in Sal - the location is perfect for exploring the city and the apartment was very clean. Check in was well organized. Only the bed could have been harder for us.

Fantastic apartment and location! Right on the beach, quiet area 5mins walk from the walking streets. Everything you need and more. Little tip, moka pot is provided but bring your own espresso, different style of coffee on the islands, very good too. Carla is great, always available and open to suggestions, perfect host. I'm suggesting this place to all my friends and will be back next spring. Thanks Carla!

Cozy apartment in walking distance to the city center. In this apartment u are guarantueed a good night sleep. As it is located in a quiet area outside the city senter. Check in is super easy. We were met by Alexandre’s parents. They are super friendly and helpfull.

I felt at home. Everything matched the photographs and Claire clarified all my questions. No doubt to repeat

Nice and clean apt. Close to 2 pools. Good resturants close by. We did not have remotecontrol for the aircondition, but this was fixed in a day or two. We would like to come back in the future.
