Beachfront vacation rentals in Santa Maria

Beautifully located apartment. Very clean and cared for. Neat bathroom and kitchen, pleasant bed. Kevin was very correct and accessible in communication. In addition, it is flexible in terms of arrival and departure time. We found Santa-Maria to be far too touristy and massive and would absolutely not return there, but of course that is only a personal preference. The apartment is definitely recommended.

Alba helped us at all times and gave us great recommendations, she was a great host. The apartment comes with everything you need for a short stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and is very close to the beach, restaurants, and areas of interest... Very recommended!!

We stayed a week with another couple of friends in this beautiful villa. Beyond the direct beach access from the garden, pool and resort facilities, we couldn't have hoped for better for our stay in Sal. Highly recommended

Raphael was a helpful host, responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently. He organised taxi to and from the airport which cost 25 euro each way. The apartment was in a great location, quiet and private, with lovely swimming pool and sea frontage, which you can see from the balcony. It is a short walk from the main pedestrian street in town where a lot of the bars and restaurants are. Also lovely beach both sides of the accommodation. There is good security with guards always on duty. at the entrances. Regarding the apartment itself, it is clean, if slightly dated. It has good, quiet aircon in the main living area and the downstairs bedroom. The mezzanine bedroom has a fan. There is sufficient crockery and cutlery for four people. Perhaps an English request, a toaster would have been good. All in all, we would recommend this airbnb and would stay again.

We had an excellent stay, really attention and responsive host, Katiana was most helpful with taxa from airport, which we really appreciated. Apartment was as described. Easy and sufficient. :)

The apartment is in a nice location near the beach and in the center. What we have not realized is that SAL has become a party island and the music continues until 6 in the morning. If you are deaf or a party animal this is a fantastic location you are not then I would bring earplugs. So absolutely recommended, the apartment has good beds, the bathroom and kitchen are fine and the value for money is good. If you have no trouble with music at night definitely go to this apartment.

It was a really nice apartment, but for the price it was really good. Lovely central and we were lulled to sleep at night by music from a bar 🥰 Will always book the apartment again if we come to Santa Maria.

Ideal space for a quiet vacation outside the confusion of the tourist center. Pleasant 15-minute walk to the center along the sea side wall. Quiet and safe.

Loved Marco’s place. Great flat with full kitted out kitchen. Slept really well. Lovely neighbours. Fab coffee/ ice cream shop downstairs, loved sitting there in mornings watching the beach. Always taxis passing to take you to kitebeach which is 5 min drive. Lots of restaurants around and town is 5 mins walk , beach across the road.

The apartment is lovely, just like in the pictures, location is perfect and Stefan, the local contact always very helpful. We had a very nice stay. Just one comment: considering that we are a family travelling with three kids we would have loved that the access to the washing machine wasn't restricted.

Nice and clean apt. Close to 2 pools. Good resturants close by. We did not have remotecontrol for the aircondition, but this was fixed in a day or two. We would like to come back in the future.

Absolutely LOVED our stay - exceeded all our expectations. Mirian was the perfect host - very much appreciated the late check-out. Britta is a nice, active and helpful hostess. Located in a quiet area, restaurants, shops and the beach are within walking distance.

This is a spectacular apartment - great location, comfortable. We rented both the interconnected properties and had a great time.

I had a great time in Anna's place. The location is top - right on the beach and in the middle of the town center at the same time. All that you need is nearby - shops, restaurants, vibrant nightlife. And even though it's very cosy and quiet at night. Beautiful swimming pool with an outstanding view of the ocean and a cosy patio surrounded by a green and well kept garden. The place is a bit old and weary, but it is very clean and tidy. The community is well guarded and very safe, and the personnel on sight is extremely friendly and helpful. It's not my first time in Santa Maria, but Anna's apartment is definitely the best place I've stayed so far. And it's the best value for money one can only imagine. I will definitely be back! :)

I was in Santa Maria 10 days, mostly for wing foiling. The apartment is close to the windsurfs spots. I was walking to the beach everyday with my gear, about 2-3 minutes. The place is quiet and about 10 minutes walk to the centro. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

We had a lovely family holiday. The apartment is better in real life than in the listing photos. The residence is quiet and supervised ( ideal for a child's siesta). Host Suzan is very responsive and available and accommodating. WiFi was working properly. Kitchen is equipped at least for cooking. Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Comfortable bedding. Washing machine was very helpful to us. There are enough ceiling fans for the month of April. but in my opinion not enough if it's warmer. The pool is not heated a little cold for children to swim after 4:30 pm but very invigorating for adults. (no pateaugoire for babies). The sea is a stone's throw away and not crowded. The city center is a little far on foot for children but it is the condition to have a little calm. I would recommend this place. and thank you Suzan!

I was on Sal for the first time with my 6-year-old daughter. We loved everything. Starting with the accommodation, perfect location on the turquoise sea, pool, restaurants and and and. The communication with Guido was great, always immediately written back and also answered a lot before we arrived ☺️ we never feel alone. We'll be back 😍

We had a lovely time . The villa is in a good location in the resort , near to the beach. Transport into Santa Maria is good - either taxis for €5 or the hotel bus a couple of a day. We choose to eat out sometimes and cook for ourselves as there was a small supermarket 10 mins walk from the resort. Magdalena was responsive to messages and helpful. There were a few things that needed fixing in the villa which Magdalena agreed to fix. The villa is spacious and comfortable. The staff on the resort were friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s in a really good location—close to everything you need—and the space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and proactive throughout our stay. There was a small issue with the Wi-Fi at one point, but Filipa handled it quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
