Detached suite with private access. No Pets Allowed. Enjoy the modern feel of the suite and it’s many amenities. Disconnected from the main home with private entrance kick back in the comfortable living area or occupy your time in the luxurious workspace provided. If you prefer, partake of a glass of wine while enjoying the surrounding nature and the fabulous views from the large upper-deck. It’s a sensation of being on top of the world! Amenities: - Private Entrance - Suite is a separate building on property. Not connected to main home. - King-sized comfortable and solid foam mattress - Sitting area with couch and coffee table (Couch can sleep an adult or child) - A 55" 4KHD Smart TV with ROKU or simply connect to your online Amazon Prime/ Netflix accounts and mobile devices for watching movies - Office desk and workspace - Private bathroom and shower - Quality linens and towels - Coffee maker and assorted tea for the best start to any day. - Microwave, Two-door refrigerator, Knives & Cutlery Accessories, Dinnerware, Glassware, and Silverware Upper Large Deck. Great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Has table and chairs. Most of the time we are around the property. We are always open to sharing a glass of wine but also want to be courteous and respect your privacy and will never intrude on your stay. If needing laundry service or suggestions of wineries or restaurants we are here to help. Watch local wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, quail, foxes, and squirrels. Despite its beautiful countryside setting in the west hills of Atascadero, the suite is conveniently located close to downtown, wineries, and the coast. Uber is a great way to get around. There are many local winery and brewery tours available by local providers. There are two outdoor cats that wander the 3 acre property. In respect to other guest who might have allergies please don't let them in the suite. They are friendly and like attention. There is a bench by the suite entrance that they like to sit on and say hello. We have one indoor cat and one indoor dog in the main house. Note the suite is disconnected from the main house. Occasionally they wander the deck when having a glass of wine. They are super friendly and sweet. Location: Our suite is centrally located between the coast and the North County wineries. Located off the 41, across the street from Atascadero Zoo and also right off highway 101. Additionally, there are many great restaurants, movies, parks and coffee shops near to enjoy. It is a short distance to the beautiful central coast line where you can enjoy kayaking, boating and shopping. Cal Poly is a 15 minute drive.

Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

There is a DVD player with a T.V. screen. No Cable. It is located on the second story of our A-Frame shop. There are exterior stairs to get there.

Beautiful home with a great view. You are right in the middle of wine country, minutes to the beach and minutes to San Luis Obispo. The entire house is yours it has two full kitchens and two full living rooms! It is built into the side of a hill and has upstairs/ downstairs twin floor plans, perfect for families. We are located in quiet neighborhood so we ask that our guests do not have loud music or party like atmosphere. We have 2 outdoor cats that never come in the home.

Marvelous Margarita Family Getaway with hot tub

Welcome to the charming hidden town of Santa Margarita. It's a beautiful 10 minute drive to downtown SLO and 20 min to Paso Robles or any of our beaches. Its a bit like Mayberry where kids can play in the streets. There is not one stop light in our little town and it is as safe as can be. The home has a large open living space and private fenced back yard for your pups. The large front yard is beautifully landscaped and has a fire pit to enjoy the beautiful evenings.
