The apartment is very nice, with large unit balcony with beautiful view, it is comfortable, comes with everything you need for a smooth stay. Our experience at this property was exceptional, definitely one of the best we've ever rented. Everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen fully equipped and the bathrooms exceeded our expectations with the amenities they left us. The pool was always clean and it was a very nice space to enjoy. The best internet connection we've had at a property of this type, it always worked perfectly, it was fast and all visitors were able to connect at the same time without problems. One detail we really appreciated was the garbage collection service in the mornings, which helped us keep the environment spotless throughout our stay. The location within a subdivision provided a constant sense of security and tranquility. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the social areas were very well designed for rest and spending time together. Definitely a perfect stay. 100% recommended!

Only positive things about our stay at “El Dessert”. For starters, the location of the place is easy to access and close to Medellin. The place is quiet, quiet and very suitable for those who want to escape the city. David's check-in instructions were clear, he has no loss. The place is beautiful, spectacular views, silence and nature. The estate perfectly clean, the new and comfortable spaces, the bathrooms impeccable. The flexible check-in and check-out and Luz's service was very kind and attentive that we were doing well. The house has all the necessary elements to be comfortable and quiet. A very good experience, highly recommended and eager to return.

In general, my friends and I loved everything, the location, the facilities, the large estate and it was perfect for celebrating birthdays, the cleanliness and tidiness, it has all the amenities that are faithfully mentioned in the description. Communication with Juan was 10 out of 10, always available to assist you. However, some of my companions expressed dissatisfaction with the attention or disposition of the butler, since his attitude at the time of helping or responding to any inconvenience was not well received by him.

Everything was excellent during your stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos. It is very central to everything. Communication was seamless and they were always attentive to any detail.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

a 5-star stay!! Jorge Luis was very friendly and was very attentive to what I needed. The apartment is very conveniently located, it is very close to the town's subway station. Its location is perfect and it has everything you need!! Air conditioning in case you want to sleep with the window closed, because it really is very cool. a good workspace and the bed and sofa are very comfortable. I also really liked the style of the apartment!!
