Mohri is a very engaged and responsive host. Tatiana was most helpful in letting us in and showing us around the very clean and well equipped apartment. Small living room cum kitchen but adequate for our needs. Spacious bathroom with washing machine. Be careful with the shower head so water does not spill onto the floor. Centrally located! Near the La Latina metro, two grocery stores (Dia and Carrefour Express) and plenty of restaurants. It’s on a busy street but faces the back so no street noise. Plenty of taxis and Ubers. While it is three flights up, there is a small but convenient elevator/lift. Just a 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and another five minutes from there to Puerta del Sol. While in the area, stop at Chocolateria San Gines for chocolate and churros! Check Thyssen, Reina Sofia, and Prado museums for their free hours. For those over 65, Reina Sophia is free and Prado offers half price. Enjoy Madrid!

Estuve en el apartamento durante una ola de calor en Madrid y el aire acondicionado fue una auténtica salvación. El sitio es cómodo, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Además, el Manuel fue majísimo, muy atento y amable en todo momento. La experiencia fue muy buena, sin duda repetiría. ¡Gracias por todo!

Stayed for 5 nights with my husband and daughter and everyone thought this was the best AirBNB we’ve ever experienced. The place was well stocked with all kinds of supplies and snacks - Carlos and Maria thought of everything. I had a problem with my eye while there and they both helped me to find a local doctor. The location is excellent. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thanks so much for your hospitality!!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und waren top zufrieden. Alles war genau so wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wir konnten sogar 3h früher in die Unterkunft, dass haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation lief sehr einfach und schnell ab. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

El piso está muy bonito exactamente como en las fotos, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y fue buen detalle que nos dejaran algunas cosas básicas para preparar nuestro desayuno! Los alrededores en algunas partes no era muy lindo pero está muy bien comunicado en transporte! Muchas gracias por todo!

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equipped. Excellent air condition! In a fantastic area!! Near Plaza de España, metro, La Gran Via, restaurants, shops, Palacio Real, and supermarket. Would definitely come back!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Madrid. Appartement très spacieux, confortable, conforme aux photos, idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes activités, nous avons pu tout réaliser à pieds. Facile de s’y rendre en métro via l’aéroport. Nous avions demandé une décoration de bienvenue avec des ballons et nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir que notre demande avait été réalisée. Staying at Gustavo's house is paradise. He has thought of every little detail in this spacious and unique home he designed himself. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, all residential, but at the same time you are either only 2 minutes away from a taxi, or only 5 mins away from the bus, to get anywhere you want to go. Taxi ride from the house to the main attractions is 10 mins or less. It's the perfect blend of tranquility and city life, so easy to get anywhere, and a 10 minute walk gets you to Retiro Park and it's beautiful peacocks! Gustavo is so accommodating and thoughtful, he learned of some complications I had and made some very considerate gestures that most hosts would not even think of. The home is spacious and surrounded by beautiful gardens, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. 3 full beds and 3 full baths, every amenity you can think of. We fell in love with Madrid and this house, and will definitely return.

Fuimos a pasar una semana en familia con niños pequeños y fue increíble. La casa es preciosa, con vistas muy bonitas, muy tranquila y tiene todo lo que se necesita, muy bien equipada para pasar días. Guillermo el propietario ha sido encantador y todo el rato pendiente de hacernos la estancia agradable. Nos sentimos como en casa. Volvería a repetir? Sin duda alguna, en cuanto pueda repito.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Helena's apartment. It was exactly as described and if anything, was even more spacious than we anticipated!. We had a moment of confusion upon our arrival as we were not sure whether to chose the left or right hand buzzer for the apartment on the correct floor, although we ultimately made our way in successfully and without major issue. The bed was extremely comfortable and the natural light was also fantastic, on both sides of the flat. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit Madrid, and will stay here again when we return!

Lovely apartment in quiet spot just around the corner from all Madrid has to offer. Close to restaurants and bars and key sites. The apartment is comfortable with excellent air conditioning and good amenities. Nicely decorated.

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.

Stayed here for an overnight layover. Was very happy with the place. It was clean, had amenities, and the location and proximity to the airport is far to beat. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend.
