Enjoy the simplicity of this peaceful place. A bright apartment, next to Plaza de José Bono, in Noblejas, with 1 bedroom, a living room, a full bathroom with shower, and a separate kitchen. Equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Excellent location, perfect starting point for visiting: Toledo, 40 minutes away Madrid, 50 minutes away. Airport 55 minutes away Cuenca, 1 hour and 10 minutes away Aranjuez 20 min away Chinchón 35 minutes away... We are in the center with very good communication.

Beautiful, central and peaceful

Central, quiet, newly reformed, with amazing art*, midcentury pieces and handmade Spanish ceramics and textiles. On the 4th floor (no lift) of a well preserved 1900 Spanish corrala. Has a lovely view of balcony plants and picturesque rooftops. Bedroom separated by brick lattice wall and curtain. Includes all utilities, high-speed wifi, and a housecleaning service every 2 weeks. High quality home utensils. *Apartment next door may also be available and art is available for sale, please inquire.

We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always taken care of it with care, it is an oasis in the heart of the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, the sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the retreat, authentic lung of the city, the Atocha station (AVE, Cercanías Metro)and the best museums :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... The apartment has: large dining room with sofa bed, semi-integrated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

Small, quiet and cosy studio, next to the main house. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops. Close to the Basilica of Atocha, the Prado Museum, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station and the Airport Express Bus. Unique space located under the entrance portal. Only for one person. Low door with two small windows facing a portal. Does not receive much natural light from the patio. Delighted to receive people from all over the world.

What a lovely space! The view was AMAZING and I so enjoyed daily coffee on the terrace. The apartment itself was just perfect, clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. I appreciated having the hairdryer, washer, and other thoughtful amenities. The location was great for getting out and about around Madrid. The bus/metro station across the street made it easy to get anywhere I wanted to go. The neighborhood has many small cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores so I didn’t have to go far to grab a bite. Tanja was an incredible host! Very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again…in fact, I can’t wait to return!

This apartment is a gem in the Lavaries neighborhood close to Anton Martin station. Cine Dore up the street. Quiet streets. Quaint. Awesome coffee shop nearby.. such a better option than a hotel could offer but the icing on the cake is the private elevator. Forget hauling your bags up stairs ARBNB style. Not necessary here. The AC worked well in otherwise hot 🥵 summer days. The couch is super comfy. These people respond quickly. I would most definitely come here again in Madrid

We spent a week at Jason’s modern, comfortable apartment. It is perfectly located within easy walking distance to museums, stores, parks and the Royal Palace. Great walk in shower and comfortable bed. It’s very quiet, could not hear the street noise with the windows closed. There is a grocery store within 2 minutes and a metro stop next to the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. We were able to cook some of our meals. Jason met us at the apartment and allowed us to check in early. His restaurant and wine store recommendations were great and much appreciated! It’s a great place that we highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.
