El alojamiento está totalmente equipado para sus vacaciones: cocina con todo lo necesario, sofa, escritorio, cómoda cama matrimonial, armarios y baño con ducha. Bis zur Stadtmitte und zum Strand sind es 4 Kilometer. Das Dorf San Pedro, sind es auch nur knapp 4 Kilometer. Das nächste, gute Restaurant heißt ALMENDROS, und das ist 1 km von dem Gästehaus entfernt. Hier ist keine Klimaanlage notwendig.
