Arcadia is the sanctuary you've always dreamt of, especially sunsets. I always made sure I was there to watch the sun go down, as that view is breathtaking. This place far exceeded our expectations, and the host was more than accommodating. Have and would HIGHLY recommend this remote spot, it is everything and more!!!!

This is our second time at Nick's place and it was everything we remembered. You can walk out the back patio and in 100 feet, go right into the ocean, with great surfing right there. Short walk to Tamarindo for restaurants and shopping, but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Several small maintenance issues popped up during the 10 days, but Nick responded in 15 minutes each time and the problems were resolved in an hour or two. Great host, great location, and great communication. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect place for walking to the beach and around town. The pool is just outside the door and parking just outside the gate with security overnight. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was comfortable with 2 beds, 2.5 baths, AC, wifi, beach towels. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. Would love to come back here!

The place is very close to beautiful beaches, no unnecessary noise, accommodation as advertised on the page, clean, well equipped, very good service from Andrés for all the concerns we had, the facilities are very clean and safe. I would definitely come back in the future. It is advisable to have a high vehicle for these rainy dates, to be able to move within the area, since the entrance street is unpaved

From the moment we booked Vanessa was very responsive & knowledgeable. She was able to provide all the insight we needed to make our trip a memorable one. She went out of her way to make sure she was there when we checked in which was really nice & caring. She checked in with us via chat during our stay to make sure everything was going smooth. The view & villa were spectacular and all we needed as a couple to be able to rest & relax. If your a big beach person def recommend checking out Playa Cochal, a short commute from the villa. Viktor and the staff were very lovely. The room was beautiful, very clean, came with everything. The pool, location, safeness of this place all 10/10. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back. So glad I chose this as my stay for me and my mom🥰

Camille’s place is a little slice of heaven. We loved it especially the gorgeous pool area. Truly beautiful and the compound feels very safe. Camille’s family were slightly and helpful throughout our stay. 10/10!

A very nice house, very clean, it has everything you need and more, it is about 35 minutes from the best beaches and the place where it is located is quite quiet. The host is always attentive and responds practically immediately. The only thing missing to make it perfect is that the parking lot is closed, otherwise no complaints.

First experience abroad with Airbnb... Great stay! We enjoyed the villa, the pool and the outdoor terrace attached to the rooms. Favorite for Playa Conchal which is very close by car. To relax and rest, it's a great place. Marie is very welcoming and responds quickly to our questions.

The house is beautiful, private, super equipped and new and luxurious finishes, Julieta and Elmer are super friendly and willing to meet our needs, we only stayed one night but we will definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—just a short, scenic walk to the beach, where we felt like we had a little slice of paradise to ourselves. One of the most magical parts? We spotted monkeys in the trees right off our deck—it felt like something out of a nature documentary! The place itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with charming, beachy touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful from the moment we arrived, always available with a smile or a great local tip. And we have to mention the cats! We completely fell in love with them—they added such a sweet, homey vibe to the property. We’re already dreaming about our next trip back. If you’re headed to Costa Rica, this spot is a total gem!

Olga’s place was amazing! Closer to town than we thought. The space and pool were perfect. There were three of us, but you could easily accommodate three couples. Olga checked in on us and made sure we had all of the amenities we needed. Would stay here again!

My family of 5 had an amazing time here! Our three boys (16, 13, and 8) loved the house, the pool, and the great vibe here. The house and surroundings are even better than the pictures, which is saying something since the pictures made it look like paradise. Monica was extremely responsive—more so than any host I’ve ever dealt with previously. They have everything you could possibly need for your stay. The area is gorgeous and Playa Grande is a cute town with great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Xiomaras home was one of the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve stayed at! We literally felt we were at home on how comfortable Xiomaras home was! Absolutely a gem! Everything it says on the Airbnb and the pictures you see is exactly what you get. We will definitely be staying here again the next time around in Costa Rica.. As soon as we got to her front gate I sent.Xiomara a message that we were there and literally 30 seconds later. The front gate was opening up. Manuel was also there for us for whatever we needed. A wonderful condo in a quieter part of town with peaceful pools and beautiful views from the rooftop. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Awesome place and great host

Great place to stay! We loved the location and there were restaurants. We enjoyed within walking distance that had live music. We were there mostly to dive and the place is 6 minutes from our dive shop. The air conditioning worked well which was important since it was so hot out. Place was very clean and our host was very responsive to any questions. Just make sure to clarify exactly where the location is because it shows differently on the Airbnb app. We would stay again!

Charlie's place was just like the pictures. It was close to the airport, but very quiet. My family of 4 stayed just one night after landing at the airport before heading to La Fortuna. A bit tight with all our luggage but it was fine for one night. Pool and surrounds were great.

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

Michelle's place is super cute as described. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated all of the extra pillows. We enjoyed going to the beautiful beaches and it was great to have the beach chairs & cooler for our use. We had the pool all to ourself, which we enjoyed. We really loved the town and all of the fabulous restaurants. Thank you, Michelle!

Loved staying at Katie & Happy’s place! It was a little walk from downtown Tamarindo, but we loved making the walk and noticed a lot of people utilized the scooters all around or had rented golf carts, which we would have opted for if we brought our kids. They provided beach towels and chairs that we used often and a filtered water pitcher in the fridge so that saved us on purchasing bottled water, which was so helpful. There was a little market close by and several amazing restaurants. The pizza place across the street was the best pizza we’ve ever had and I went to the nearby snack shack for açaí bowls and coffee almost daily. Langosta was a beautiful area to stay in with close private beach access. We were also able to walk the beach to Tamarindo at low tide. We loved this place and location and would definitely stay here again! Thanks Katie & Happy!

Book it!! Perfect little space for a getaway. Literally 3 buildings down to the grocery store. Two coffee shops. Everything is walkable which would save you in horrific rental costs of vehicles. We may be back at the end of May and we would book this place again no question.
