Maria and her son are wonderful. I felt just like I was at home. She even made me a cute breakfast on the morning that I didn't have to leave too early. This Airbnb is 15 minutes from the old historic town walkable and safe. Also a great view on the balcony. When I come back to Guatemala I will definitely stay here again.

I loved it and would stay at this place again! From the location to the communication with Nimsi, it was excellent. The staff is very friendly and beautiful people. The place is in an area where there is a lot of movement during the day, but inside the place it feels calm and very cozy as if you were in your own home. Drinking water, utensils, and a place to wash and cook are available in the common area. My room had a bathroom and the sink in the common area. Highly recommended! Thank you Nimsi!

Great place. Very modern, spacious and clean. Felt brand new with a really nice layout. A lot of natural light. Very large comfortable bed. Would be a nice place for a long term stay. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the Main Plaza, or you can walk 5 minutes and get a Tuk Tuk and be anywhere fairly quickly. If staying right in the center of town is not overly important to you, I highly recommend this place.

My partner and I had a lovely few days stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very clean and homely. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. Host was very responsive and friendly. They helped us book an extra nights stay in a separate room which we really appreciated. The only issue we had was the WiFi wasn’t very strong in either room, so not ideal if you want to work from home. Apart from this everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay here! Would recommend!
