Der Aufenthalt bei Teresa und Carmen war super. Ich habe mich direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer sah aus wie auf den Bildern und auch das Badezimmer alles sehr sauber. Die beiden waren immer erreichbar und hatten Zeit für nette Gespräche. Sehr gerne komme ich wieder. Liebe Grüße Fabienne

Wonderful location with easy access to buses which would take you to beaches, city center or other locations on the island; also close to the Castle Bellver park, perfect for jogging. Olga and Carlos are very kind, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend the place for solo travelers.

Marcelo und Silvia sind tolle Gastgeber – super herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht :) Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super: ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an Palma und perfekt gelegen, um Palma zu erkunden. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Een mooie accommodatie met een heel mooi uitzicht over de baai. Het stadje is gezellig en alles is op loopafstand te bereiken. De airco’s in de accommodatie werken prima en er is een lekker grote ijskast. We konden onze huurauto goed in de buurt parkeren. Je moet wel goed ter been zijn want er zijn wat trappen en hoogteverschil te overbruggen. De communicatie met de eigenaars super vlot.

Great apartment in the heart of Deia. The apartment is large and fit two adults and two infants comfortably. The host is outstanding, communicating with me promptly and providing two cots for us. The apartment is walking distance to everything in Deia and has a lovely balcony overlooking La Residencia. Unfortunately on Saturday night there was a rowdy crowd of young Spanish men singing outside the apartment for over an hour at 5am! But the rest of our stay was quiet. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous apartment - spacious, clean, nicely appointed. The terrace in particular is really wonderful - amazing views out and a glorious place to hang out. Location is perfect in Port de Pollenca, just along the promenade from numerous restaurants and bars and supermarkets. Great tips from Sebastia on restaurants. We also really appreciated the welcome pack of water, coffee, milk etc - nice little touches and felt very considerate. Bedroom is at the back so very quiet and has it's own air con which was a lifesaver in the sweltering heat! Overall - an absolutely excellent stay, highly highly recommend.

Michelle’s place was perfect for our stay in Mallorca! Beautiful location and really helpful, kind, responsive hosts. The place was clean, accessible, very clear instructions on how to get there. Would definitely recommend!

Die Wohnung war wirklich top ausgestattet und sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt & haben vor allem die Zeit auf der Dachterrasse und die kurzen Wege in die Stadt genossen. In nur 1 Minute ist man schon in der Innenstadt und kann alles in maximal 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Für einen Städtetrip nach Palma wirklich perfekt und jeden Cent wert! Wir kommen wieder!

We received a warm welcome from Catalina and she showed us around the apartment. Her daughter Teresa gave great instructions on how to find the villa apartment, and she is also very friendly and helpful We were given a lovely selection of fresh fruit, some coffee, tea, beer, fruit juice which was a nice surprise. The apartment was comfortable and ideal for a couple. The setting is peaceful with beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave when our holiday came to an end. We would recommend this location as an ideal base to explore what is a very beautiful part of Mallorca.

Great place with everything you need. Lots of coffee pods which was a nice touch. Great location. Beautiful beaches nearby. Street parking was tough, but if you go a couple blocks north, as long as there are no dashed lines, you are free to park there.

As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

Il delizioso appartamento di Joana è pulito, ben curato e dotato di tutti i comfort. E’ Situato in una posizione ottimale per spostamenti o per la vicina spiaggia. Joana, perfetta ospite, ci ha accolti con gioia e seguiti con discrezione per tutta la vacanza. La comunicazione esemplare per tempistiche e precisione. Altamente raccomandata.

Il manquait juste un sèche cheveux dans l’appartement mais sinon tout était parfait!!

Michael en Vicky communiceren snel en vriendelijk, en zorgen ervoor dat alles in orde is bij aankomst en tijdens je verblijf. Het appartement heeft een geweldige tuin met heerlijk zwembad en is goed gelegen ten opzichte van allerlei strandjes, de haven, andere dorpjes. Het appartement zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf! Het enige minpunt was dat het matras en de kussens van het bed wat te zacht waren (maar is persoonlijk) en dat de ventilatie in de badkamer niet super goed werkte (bleef wat lang vochtig en muf na het douchen). Maar ik zou het zeker aanraden en kom graag nog eens terug!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

Il nostro soggiorno da Mirjam è stato oltre le aspettative. Comodo, confortevole, perfettamente attrezzato e con splendida vista mare. Esattamente come indicato nella descrizione e foto. Mirjam ci è stata di grande aiuto con informazioni dettagliate e consigli utili. Se torniamo a Mallorca, certamente torniamo da Mirjam.

Pasamos una semana maravillosa en este Airbnb en Mallorca. El apartamento era precioso, decorado con mucho gusto y con una vista increíble al mar — cada amanecer era un espectáculo. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos para una estancia cómoda y relajante. Además, los anfitriones nos dejaron muchas recomendaciones útiles para disfrutar de Port de Sóller, lo cual hizo nuestra experiencia aún mejor. Es importante tener en cuenta que para llegar al apartamento hay que subir muchas escaleras, lo cual puede ser un reto para algunas personas. Aun así, ¡valió totalmente la pena por las vistas y la tranquilidad del lugar!
