Great cottage design with a balance of of style and old charm. Private patio and onsite parking. Located a few blocks away from downtown in a quiet part of Santa Barbara. You will be able to walk to downtown or take a short drive to most locations in Santa Barbara. City is going to start some kind of road maintenance in sept until novemeber.
