Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Santa Barbara County

We enjoyed our stay! We loved the beautiful backyard and decor. It was convenient and in a nice location. It was spacious for the four of us. Note: be aware that two of the bedrooms don’t get dark at all (eye masks are provided.)

I recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a great location with privacy and walkable to Montecito Village. The rentals are equipped with everything you need and more, very clean, and the hosts are responsive and considerate. The decor is unique, cozy and stylish, and the outdoor areas are private. I think it’s a gem.

My husband and I had a great stay. The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable, just what we needed for a long weekend. Walkable to a few coffee shops, groceries, etc. but also easy to park on the street. Close to the airport and an easy 10-15 minute drive to Santa Barbara! Only thing to note is that there is a second unit on the other side of the wall. The other guests were noisy but they were more respectful after Lizzy spoke with them about the noise. Definitely recommend the spot to anyone coming to the area!

We just spent 2 days and we would love to have more days in there. all matches with the descriptions and more. Very clean, all you need to have everything in hand, highly recommended. Walking distance to the beach, we still remember beautiful sunsets, and walking distance to a street full of restaurantes, and Montecito is lovely.

Amy's place was incredible! My husband and I have visited Santa Barbara before, but never had a chance to stay the night. It was wonderful to get to stay up in the mountains. The view of the city and ocean below were breathtaking -we saw a fair amount of stars both nights as well! The little studio was clean and offered a nice private patio to walk around in if we felt like it. Best part of the place is its relative proximity to everything in the city. It was very easy to get in and out of the main city. Be careful driving around at night, as there aren't very many streetlights in the mountain roads. Overall, this place was amazing and we would definitively recommend it to everyone! Hope to come back soon> Thank you Amy for a wonderful weekend.

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

Great location, easy access to beaches, downtown. Comfy king sized bed. Take advantage of the fresh eggs, they were delicious. The unit is an extension of a family home but has a private entrance and feels separate. Hot tub, garden and sauna are part of a shared space with the host

The home/unit was amazing! Went to Solvang for a wedding and this house was the perfect location. The house is incredibly charming. Ken and Dawn are SUPER responsive. I had some changes happen and they easily accommodated. The little extra touches. The snacks. The cookies (omg, the cookies were AMAZING). Seriously, it was all truly the best! Thank you Ken and Dawn for sharing your home!

Charlie's place was great. I loved being able to sit outside to have breakfast. The whole place was super clean and beautifully kept. I particularly appreciate how nice the kitchen and the bathroom are. There's a lot of light coming into the place! Thank you, Charlie.

The best thing about this condo is its location. It is steps away from the beach and close to State Street. The second best thing is that it is very roomy. We had a family of four, but you could easily sleep 6-8 people in here, not that you should. The street that it is on is quiet and private, which is surprising given its location, and James is a superb host. Parking was never an issue as well. I will point out that as others have mentioned, the top floor can be a bit warm. We stayed in June and it was fine with great weather, but I can see it being unpleasant in a heat wave. The skylight does provide some ventilation, which others have not noticed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed the beautiful villa in Summerland. Was easy access to area highlights. Super clean and well described. Would come back again!

It truly felt like our home. The perfect size for a couple, we enjoyed the instant peaceful feel when you open the door. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed, the bathroom was beautifully appointed and plenty of natural light, and the living space and patio felt like you were in your own world. You couldn't hear outside noise at all. We will definitely be making this our home whenever we come back to Santa Barbara. Just park your car, unpack and relax.

Sandy and Joy’s place was fabulous! The home is comfy and centrally located to the downtown area and beaches. The rooftop deck was a great spot for our family to hangout and enjoy the sun and sunsets. Joy is very easy to work with and is very responsive to requests. We’ll stay here again on a future Santa Barbara trip.

This apartment is unbelievably adorable! Super clean, charming, and centrally located. The beds were so comfy too. Would definitely stay here again. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine. 5 stars all around!

Pleasure staying here while in SB, it was like being at home, could easily stay here for weeks on end. Honestly probably the best kitted-out Airbnb we've ever stayed at; kitchen had everything you need, including a full spice cupboard, filtered water dispenser. Biggest clothes washing machine and dryer I've ever seen in a home! Very short walk to East Beach, and a very good quality fresh foods supermarket (which also has a delicious Mexican food truck out the front every night!). Jane is very friendly, helpful and responsive, everything was a breeze.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

What a great location!!!! Rent without any hesitations, So clean and had hotel style soaps available in bathroom, great hot tub in the back yard, peach 🍑 trees. Beds were just like home, throw blankets and Netflix on the TV. Love it and worked out perfect while attending daughter's college graduation. Highly recommend

David told me about their new black couch and it’s super nice and comfy right in front of the fireplace and TV. Everything is just like the photos and the amenities were very thoughtful from Hand soaps to bath soaps. I’d love to come back to this place again when planning to visit the beach with my significant other

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

Hosts are very friendly, respond rapidly. Place is super clean, and well organized. If I could give the hosts and this place 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend this beautiful peaceful place. Look forward to staying again in the future.
