Lovely cottage. Close to downtown Ojai (easy walk) but separate enough to be quiet and private. Nice patio and furnishings. Recommended.

This is such a special place. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! It’s a perfect central location - close to SLO, Paso Robles, Los Olivos, etc. We loved hearing the chickens in the morning, walking through the garden and enjoying the hot tub/pool amenities. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place for you!!

Jeanne’s cottage was an excellent place for our little group of 3 and 2 dogs, a quick drive to SY and perfectly located for road biking. There is so much wonderful space to wander on the grounds and perfect lawn for dogs to romp around. The cottage is thoughtfully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. Jeanne and her husband were so nice and made us feel right at home. Without question one of the most dog friendly Airbnb I’ve ever stayed!

Such a cute find with an ocean view and 0.6 mile walk to the beach! The place is very cute inside and out with numerous outdoor seating options and gorgeous landscaping. We loved walking on the neighborhood trail, down to the beach, and to the cute downtown summerland. Only a ten minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. Highly recommend!

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. I wanted to find a place I could both swim and relax, this was perfect. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The room was clean and I had everything I needed. It is the perfect size for me, my husband, and my 3 month old. The pool and backyard was breathtaking. Most beautiful pool I’ve ever swam in. I didn’t wanna leave! Close to wineries and great restaurants in the village.

We had a fantastic time at Tim's place! The location is close to town, but it feels private and secluded. We loved being surrounded by nature, especially with Tim's thoughtful landscaping. The outdoor shower and bathroom were fun additions that only added to our experience. Having a fenced-in space for our dog was incredible, and the hot tub was the cherry on top. We'll be staying here every time we come to Carp from here on out!

Beautiful, private cottage setting in Summerland. 15 minutes away from Santa Barbara, where we attended a wedding. The place is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Super quiet at night, private, and we had breakfast on the cozy front porch!

Everything was perfect for what we needed! Stayed in the area for a wedding and got a great night's sleep here. The neighborhood was quiet, the space was just enough room for the two of us, and the hosts were very accommodating. Thank you Hector and Zahida!

Highly recommend! Amy was an excellent host, ensuring a peaceful and luxurious stay in Montecito. The cottage is perfectly located: quiet, yet close to all the experiences and local amenities. It’s been lovingly appointed and maintained, stocked with all one would need. We loved relaxing outside, enjoying the flora and fauna. Amy was so gracious and helpful. Already dreaming of returning!

Susan’s bungalow is conveniently located and is in pristine condition. I love the private garden, where I would sit out every morning and drink coffee. Very conveniently located to visit my daughters in Goleta and to go to downtown Santa Barbara.

This charming cottage exceeded our expectations. It is so peaceful, tucked away but also walkable to restaurants and local shops. Skylar was very friendly and approachable - he suggested several local restaurants which ended up being excellent. The cottage itself was so cute and comfortable. There was no noise pollution so we had a great sleep every night. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to explore the local wine country and get some down time away from the city.

I loved staying at this cottage core-like farm stay! I wanted to experience a farm area to live in and it definitely was satisfying. I loved walking around and exploring the cows, chickens, and pigs in their habitats. The living space itself was really cute and colorfully decorated! Loved the little pictures of cows and the towels were especially soft. There were helpful amenities like cotton balls, toothpaste, floss, lotion, chocolates, shampoo and body wash. It got pretty cold at night but the heater worked really well. They have a convenient AC as well. The bed was kind of squeaky and there was a stain on the blanket but didn’t notice it until afterwards. Otherwise this was a super peaceful and cute stay! The hosts were really responsive and let us borrow a phone charger when we forgot ours.

Great house, it had everything we could want, we had a great sleep, and it was wonderful to step outside in the morning in the little courtyard with a bit of fog just burning off! Met our needs and wants perfectly.

This was one of the best Airbnb places I've ever stayed! Easy and clear communication about checking in, a great neighborhood, thoughtful and beautiful touches like fresh flowers, snacks, drinks in the fridge, and a bottle of welcome wine. All the furniture, towels, bed and kitchen amenities were top notch, as if I was staying at a friend's place, not a temporary vacation rental. Beautiful space and yard, very private and quiet area, abundant street parking, and only a 5 minute drive downtown. Amy's will be my 1st choice from now on anytime I'm planning a trip to Ventura!

We had a wonderful stay at Andy's place! The rental came with everything you could need for a getaway. The location couldn't have been better. Minutes away from town and the beach. All new appliances. Honestly, could not have asked for a better space!

This is once of the coziest homes to stay in. We booked Justin’s place for a small celebration. It was perfect for a “home away from home” like vibe with friends and family. We all loved the space. Beautiful large windows that allow natural light to fill the living room and kitchen. All the kitchen supplies were easy to find and use. We made use of almost all the amenities with ease. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed staying at Aldo’s so much! It was our first time to Santa Barbara and we’ll definitely be back! Great place, so comfortable and all the cozy accents of home. Aldo was so sweet and gave us recommendations when our dog got sick. Incredible host, a must stay! Many thanks!

Tony’s place was great for a couple of nights. Very private, plenty of space for 2 people and a great patio to sit out on. The Westside neighborhood is also great and convenient.

Thanks for a great stay. Our family was in town for a funeral and it was nice to have a safe, clean, comfortable place to come home to with the kids.

Great location! Comfortable, spotless, everything we needed and even some extras! Hosts were communicative. Completely private entrance and yard. Great experience. We had a lot of local events to attend and it works have been nice to have more time to relax in this sweet spot.
