Precioso Loft, totalmente equipado ideal para una escapada romántica o en familia. Apartamento tipo loft donde no hay paredes que separen las habitaciones. Comedor, cocina y habitación se encuentran todo junto. El lavabo y la habitación de los utensilios de limpieza es la única habitación privada en el apartamento. Piso totalmente equipado y recién estrenado con una decoración muy moderna y sofisticada. El apartamento está totalmente equipado para que disfrutes de una estancia cómoda y sin preocupaciones: encontrarás toallas, ropa de cama, gel de ducha, secador de pelo, lavadora y una cocina con todos los utensilios básicos para el día a día. Dispones también de cafetera Dolce Gusto con cápsulas incluidas, para que puedas empezar el día con un buen café. Según la duración de la estancia, puedes solicitar servicio de limpieza extra, así como early check-in o late check-out, siempre bajo disponibilidad. No hay zonas comunes dentro del apartamento; lo único compartido con otros huéspedes es la escalera de acceso y el pasillo interior. Se tiene que pagar la tasa turística de 1€ por persona por día en efectivo al llegar al apartamento (excepto menores de 16 años). 1,75€ a partir del 1 de Abril de 2026. El acceso al apartamento se puede hacer a cualquier hora a partir de las 13:00 del mediodía gracias al sistema de caja de llaves con código. Siempre damos la información sobre cómo coger las llaves y mandamos el código el día antes o mismo día de la entrada del cliente. Josep's Apartments, El Bufi Duplex

El Dúplex el Bufi és un pis nou, totalment reformat, que ocupa la planta tercera i quarta d'un edifici de 4 plantes. Aquest dúplex de 70m2 està repartit en dos plantes. A la tercera planta hi ha un rebedor, dos habitacions amb llit doble, el bany principal i un petit espai per despensa. A la quarta planta hi trobem un espai amb cuina-menjador totalment equipat, un altre bany i un preciós terrat equipat amb taula i cadires per disfrutar de la tranquilitat dels vespres d'estiu al casc antic. El pis disposa d'ascensor amb parada a cada planta. Molt aprop del pis trobem nombrosos llocs per visitar com la plaça de Sant Joan, la plaça Major, el carrer Castell i el portal del Camp entre d'altres. També trobem varies pastisseries i forns/degustació on es pot esmorzar i berenar i nombrosos bars i restaurants per dinar i sopar. Agraïrem que tingueu cura de les instalacions i el mobiliari com si fóssiu a casa vostra. A Solsona fem la recollida selectiva porta a porta, un sistema de gestió de residus molt eficient, per això demanem que al pis es separi la brossa adequadament. En el cas d'estances curtes nosaltres mateix ens encarregarem de portar les deixalles al punt de recollida, però per estances llargues s'ha de dipositar les deixalles al carrer segons el calendari i horari establerts.
