Giovanni è un host eccezionale: competente, simpatico e disponibile. Gli spazi comuni sono meravigliosi, la piscina incantevole e la camera ha tutto ciò che serve, con un fantastico terrazzino. La colazione poi deliziosa, con una scelta molto vasta e un’altissima qualità del cibo. La zona, infine, è una delle più belle e tranquille dell’isola. Consigliatissimo!

Marcela was a great host from start to finish. She was friendly, understanding, patient, worked with us, and communicated rather quickly. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and we always felt like we could reach out to her. Her place is beautiful. The pictures and description are accurate. It’s a beautiful apartment and we felt safe. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. A huge plus is her hair dryer with a concentrator. I haven’t had luck with many hotels or lodgings who had a concentrator attached to the hair dryer. She was wonderful and we would stay at her home again.

Dit is echt een ‘hidden gem’ in het noorden van Ibiza. Als eerste indruk kun je misschien twijfels hebben over het appartement, omdat de gebouwen wat verouderd zijn. Maar als je het appartement binnenstapt zul je die twijfels gegarandeerd loslaten. Het appartement is recentelijk vernieuwd, het is superschoon en er zijn veel dingen aanwezig (waterkoker, koffiemachine en zelfs een staafmixer). De buren zijn rustig en in de avond is het er stil. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal.

Un séjour parfait, tout était bien. Seul bémol le parking … la rue est très difficile pour trouver une place. Sinon tout était très bien.

Our stay here was great the host was really helpful and responsive. There's luggage storage within a 1min walk, restaurants/breakfast places downstairs, close to bars and clubs and loads of taxis to get around, plus a taxi rank around the corner. Shopping facilities nearby too. Cannot complain everything was just what we needed! Thank you 😊

We had a great week staying at Juan y Ste’s villa. It was very hot during our stay (35C) and the airconditioning worked wonderfully keeping the whole place very comfortable. There’s loads of outside space and 2 bathrooms so plenty of room for 4 people. The location was good, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and small supermarket. We were well looked after by the local host Rosa.

Déjà pour commencer quand nous sommes arrivés le logement de Maria sentait extrêmement bon. La maison est très agréable, très simple et très propre. La plage est à cinq minutes en voiture, un petit restaurant de tapas, juste en face à cinq pas ! Un emplacement pour la voiture privée… L’endroit est calme et paisible, très reposant

Eine super schöne Unterkunft in einer gepflegten Umgebung. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist direkt nebenan und sehr gepflegt! Das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt und besonders die Außenanlagen sowie die oberste Dachterrasse sind ein Traum! Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

La zone résidentielle est très calme, exclusive et posée face a la mer et Formentera. La maison est belle et pratique. Séjour magnifique

Sehr zu empfehlen für größere Gruppen, die einen ruhigen, privaten Spot in Ibiza suchen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, der Pool inkl BBQ Bereich ist ein großer Mehrwert. Preis Leistung Top. Arian hat uns beim Check-in (trotz 3 Stunden Verspätung unsererseits) sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Unsere Fragen bzgl Food Delivery, Taxis, Bootsverleih, etc. wurden alle prompt und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Danke für den großartigen Support, Arian!

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit mit der ganzen Familie bei Javier. In dem Haus mit dem riesigen Garten lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Danke für die tolle Zeit!

We had a fabulous stay at Casa Can Mar. The villa was extremely spacious, quiet and the views were stunning. We loved Cala Compte which was a 10 minute walk away, lovely restaurants and Sunset Ashram. Highly recommend restaurant s'Illa des Bosc fabulous food for brunch and dinner and service was brilliant. I would suggest getting a delivery before arrival of food, drinks etc especially if you don’t have a car. Arno helped with this.. although pricey we found it was inline with the local shops. Taxis are an issue.. but only from the Villa. I suggest you walk to the end of the drive and use the Taxi Clik app or Uber .. they normally pick up although a short wait, so maybe book approx half hour before you might want it. Coming home was never a problem even at 12pm/3am /6am. Again. transfers were excellent to the Villa and returning to the airport thanks to Arno connections. Sunset views from the Villa were breathtaking.. plenty of loungers, private outside and comfortable beds

Extrem coole Unterkunft, welche nur zum empfehlen ist! Alles war super sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top – ruhig, aber trotzdem nicht all zu weit weg von der Stadt. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist wunderschön & der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Super séjour chez Victoria. L’appartement est idéal, la vue est splendide, il est très bien équipé. De plus, la piscine est vraiment très agréable. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances grâce à Victoria ! Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Virginie’s apartment is beautifully clean, well maintained and in a very nice location. I think it would be perfect for a family with young children because of the pool and playground .

Excelente lugar, tenía todo tal cual las fotos con lo necesario para pasar unos días allí, la piscina nos encantó y está muy cerca a playas hermosas, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería, la comunicación fue muy rápida y el host estuvo muy atento de nuestro proceso de reserva

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Eva and Ollie's place for two weeks, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Eva who made us feel right at home. Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. The beautiful views from the balcony were breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop to watch the sunrise and sunset. There are two beaches and a few restaurants within walking distance and many restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute drive. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the hospitality of the managers. Their warmth and willingness to help with recommendations and local tips made all the difference, turning our stay into something special. We will be back next year! :)
