Small apartment in San Ferran, a very quiet area close to supermarkets and restaurants. You can walk to the center of town. Everything is clean and with everything you need to enjoy the island. The Castelló family has been great to us and they have been lovely. 10 minutes by motorcycle or car from the stunning beaches in Formentera. House-price ratio of 10. I recommend 1000x1000 to stay at Vicent's house and I would return without hesitation.

I had an incredible time staying at two Astbury properties in Formentera! The Can Miguel Marti bungalow was perfect for a peaceful solo retreat, right by the beach. The Campanitx Villa offered ample space and privacy, ideal for unwinding near Es Calo. Both were outstanding, and I can’t wait to come back. Sad to leave!

Jaime's apartment is really nicely decorated, has a great view of the lake and was accessible from the ferry in less than 10 minutes. Illetas and Levante are easily accessible by bike. The apartment is really perfectly equipped and ideal for all those who do not want to eat out every evening, but prefer to cook themselves and enjoy the view on the balcony. I have been to Formentera many times, so I know many other apartments and their amenities and know that this is not standard in Formentera.

We absolutely loved Manuel’s place. It was perfect for our family of 5. Very private and plenty of space. The house is in an ideal location. We loved that we could see the sunset from the outside area. The washing machine and outside area to hang clothes was very useful with 3 kids. The photos do not do it justice. Manuel’s son David was super friendly, helpful and had a thorough knowledge of local amenities. Highly recommend :)
