Was a wonderful stay and would definitely return. I was out with a hunter and it was a great central location for the areas he needed access to and house was great for me to relax while they were out.

An amazing stay! The host was super helpful and accomodating, and answered all our questions. The place was nice, quiet, and in a very peaceful location on the outskirts of Sterling. The surrounding landscape was beautiful, and overall it was a pleasant stay. A few notes that I wasn't really able to tell from the description: you'll be renting out the whole unit to yourself, but the unit is on the same property as another, as well as where the owner lives. However, I never felt like our privacy was compromised. The TV in the listing is small, but there's a new much larger one that's pretty nice. The kitchen has a hot plate, which functions, but doesn't really reach high temperatures, so keep that in mind if you're cooking. There's also no measuring cups. Overall really nice stay, and I definitely recommend it if you want a quiet retreat.

This is our second time staying here, and we have enjoyed it both times! There’s lots of sleeping space and it’s always clean and smells amazing! It’s in a beautiful spot, tucked up in the hills on a quiet and peaceful dirt road. My kids love exploring down the dirt road and catching grasshoppers!

This is an outstanding place to stay with convenient access for mountain bike races or touring! Perfect for Utah MTn bike NICA events.

Good quiet location.

We had a great stay at David's home. It was clean, spacious, and had a well-appointed kitchen. It's on a quiet street but still right near the center of town. David is very responsive and considerate. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to note: There are two laundry rooms, and the washing machine upstairs has a damaged seal on the door so it leaks. The downstairs one works great.

The ranchette was wonderful for our family with lots of children. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong and chess. It was cold so we didn’t play outside but it looks like it would be even more fun in the summer. So much to do here! It was a great little getaway. We visited the Spring City art gallery and Ephraim.

we were looking for a place near Spring City and this was affordable for us. Cindy was very accommodating and helpful we stayed in unit 4 on the second floor and it was just right for us. we were visiting friends it wasn't far from town. and we ended up spending more time at the ranch because they were hosting the international mounted archery association competition. a wonderful sporting event to get to watch and talk with the participants and learn about A whole New World horsemanship and sportsmanship!

What a fun weekend! It felt like home away from home with the perks of a swimming pool and lots other things to do. There were so many fun ranch style touches throughout the home and property. Definitely an amazing place to stay with easy access to the nearby towns.

We extended our holiday weekend so my girls could swim in the pool. Thanks

Beautiful cozy place to make family memories!

Great peaceful get away. We were there for a bike racing event so unfortunately didn't enjoy it as much as I would have liked. I would like to come back and possible to host a small family reunion.

What a gem of a place. So thankful for the owners to share their space with us travelers! Woke up to the sound of birds, cows and elks every morning! The amenities were well kept - fishing with the two ducks everyday was the highlight of our trip. This location is also very close to Maple Canyon which was a bonus! Easy to access with a side by side. To top off the trip, Gene came by was knowledgeable about the land and its history, he also had great recommendations! Will definitely make this trip again from Vegas!

We loved it! We came for my train living son’s birthday, and it was perfect! Much more roomier than we expected.

As always Brigham is Awesome! Highly recommend staying at any of his places. W have stayed at a few and he is always willing to go above and beyond.

We only stayed one night while traveling to our destination. Lisa’s place was clean and comfortable. It is pet friendly and feels comfortable due to the openness. There are state parks very close to the apartment. This is a place I would stay at again
