Nachdem ich meiner Mutter, die seit Jahren Superhost ist, lange Zeit geholfen habe, jetzt meine ersten eigenen Wohnungen :) Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement befindet sich nur einen Steinwurf von der Strandpromenade und der Therme entfernt und wir freuen uns, euch als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen :) Sowohl der Parkplatz, als auch die Bettwäsche sind bei uns inklusive. Und wenn ihr es kuschelig mögt, haben wir auch eine bequeme Schlafcouch, so dass ihr ebenfalls zu 4 kommen könnt :)

Welcome to the apartment "Theos Koje" in the heart of Flensburg! This apartment of approximately 45 m² can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright living-dining area with open access to the modern, fully equipped kitchen is the centerpiece of the apartment. The bedroom with a cozy double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room ensure a good night's sleep. The bright bathroom has a large shower. From the living room you can access the balcony. Those who love peace and quiet, but want to be on the beach and among people in a few minutes will love this location. On the sandy beach you can rent a beach chair or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. There is a promenade along the water. There are several restaurants and a swimming pool within walking distance. The balcony allows a view of the forest. Through the forest you come to Glücksburger Schloss, which is worth an extensive visit, with its castle pond.

The Geltinger Birk Nature Reserve can be reached in 45 minutes. Excursions to Denmark are possible in just 30-40 minutes by car. Really nice and charming, circus wagon with wide double bed. Insulated and with built-in heating. Only 350 meters from a lovely beach and forest, as well as the Gendarmstien. The price includes breakfast (homemade organic rolls, etc.) Coffee and tea for free use as well as bed linen and towels. Parking space right next to the circus wagon. 300 meters to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensborg.
