My stay here was fantastic! You truly cannot beat this location. It's perfectly situated with easy walking access to local shops, restaurants, and scenic spots. Parking is right outside, so exploring other nearby towns is a breeze, too. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a great time peaceful get-away with great mountain views. Climbing,swimming,snowboarding, and all outdoor sports within close distance. I would definitely stay again

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

Such a relaxing stay! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights, and we found the location perfect for what we were looking for. Close to many yummy restaurants in Alton Bay and Wolfeboro (5-15 minutes). About 30 minutes from Weirs Beach . The road that Tony and Sonja live on is very quiet. We took a beautiful walk around the neighborhood with a view of Lake Winni. The Airbnb itself is beautiful. Very clean and well equipped. It's right above the garage and up a small flight of stairs. We can't wait to come back one day!

Christine was a pleasure to deal with. The accommodations were more than we could have hoped for. Clean, comfortable, very spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was easy to find and in a great location. Her food and drink items were a nice surprise (her homemade cookies were delicious). Thank you Christine and Anne, you made our stay perfect.

Barbara was very helpful with any questions I had about the space. She even picked up a new hammock for outdoor relaxation. The space was extremely peaceful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jill’s Airbnb in Waterville Valley. From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The space was beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home—extra blankets, well-stocked kitchen essentials, and even local recommendations. The location couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Waterville Valley, it was just a short walk or drive to hiking trails, restaurants, and the charming town square. We especially loved waking up to the mountain views and enjoying coffee on the deck—it was peaceful and refreshing. Jill was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have a comfortable stay. She checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and offered great suggestions for local activities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone !

Charlie was great. The piece of land here is beautiful and we enjoyed the scenery greatly. Stargazing from the hot tub was a highlight. Also, the couch in the living room is big and comfy.

Beautiful old New England farmhouse, remodeled to be comfortable and modern but still retain its character. Nice kitchen - able to bake a birthday cake with one grandchild and lasagne with another. Particularly enjoyed the art throughout the house!

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. This place is great for families and groups that want to get away from the towns and cities of NH. Waterville Valley Resort is only 15 minutes away, where the closest restaurants and a small store for provisions are located. Our family of four (two elementary school children) had an enjoyable stay for a skiing long weekend at Waterville Valley. The home matched the photographs in the listing perfectly. The furnishings were simple, clean, and comfortable. There were not many places to lounge - primarily a three-seat sofa with built in recliners. So we cozied up. But there were many counter-height stools. We cooked dinner a few times (pasta, steak) and there are basic utensils for this. There were also some basic condiments to use, however, it would be best to bring anything you might use. We ate comfortably on the counter peninsula. It snowed several times during our stay, and the driveway was plowed cleanly overnight. The road from the highway was also plowed well. Recommend!

Very nice house with many new appliances and furnishings. We were in town for a wedding at the Owl's Nest Resort (gotta love those outside weddings in the cold rain). The house was about a 5 minute drive from the venue. since we were there for 2 nights, we also went to the Mad River Café for breakfast, a side trip to the Woodstock Inn & Brewery in North Woodstock to sample the adult beverages and to do a little touristy shopping, and lastly the Dam Brewery which is only a mile or so away (very enjoyable people here). The accommodations were great and comfortable and very clean. If in the same area again for any reason, would stay here...much, much better than a hotel.

Perfect spot for a little get away. They’ve thought of everything you need for a family with kids, which is greatly appreciated. Great boat launch access, hopefully we’ll be back and can bring the boat if there’s better weather!

This was our second time staying at Rick’s place, and I can confidently say it wont be the last. The room was immaculate and the area itself is bustling and always has tons of activities for families. I would absolutely recommend choosing Rick as your host, you will not be disappointed!

Great, cozy place to stay!

The place was great. Quiet with beautiful views. Lots of games which was helpful because it rained a lot during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. Host was very helpful and kind. The woman that cleaned the pool was also very sweet. My 8 year old was itching to swim in the freezing pool when it wasn’t quite ready and she offered to come to our room and let us know when she was done. Thank you for having us!

Nice outdoor private deck facing beautiful greenery.

Very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 6. The kids had a blast running around and playing, theres a nice grassy area in the back to play too. Alot to do in the area and the community center was beyond our expectations. They have four pools and 3 hot tubs, good food and pizza at the resteraunt, good drinks for the adults, we loved it!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful and relaxing. Having a view of the river was definitely a highlight for my girls. Patricia was very responsive during our stay which was really appreciated. It was definitely a great place to stay for our weekend getaway.

We stayed here for a ski trip and had a great time! The condo is great with all the essentials you need and in the perfect location. We would definitely stay again!
