Walking distance to Dairy, Take aways, restaurants, cafe, new Four Square, Pharmacy and Medical Centre etc. Short drive to surrounding beaches, vineyards, golf/tennis, regional and sculpture parks and 15 minutes to Warkworth, Matakana, weekend markets, cinema and further to Omaha, Leigh and Goat Island

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travellers who enjoy wineries, cafes, beaches, walks, a boutique cinema, Matakana market on Saturdays, Morris and James pottery and the variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have an adequate shopping centre and local pub within walking distance.

It is on the lower level of our home but fully independent from the main house and we are mindful and considerate of your presence. There is one induction cooktop, a microwave, toaster, jug and teas and coffee.

Boutique accomodation minutes from the village. Room @ No Two is a private guest room and en-suite. It has gorgeous sun and relaxing views overlooking lush green countryside. Little Bush House - luxurious retreat

Having stayed in many Airbnb locations stateside and overseas, we'd have to say that Little Bush House is one of the best we've ever stayed in. Sarah and Guy were outstanding, responsive hosts. It was over the top that they also provided delicious breakfast items, in the kitchen waiting when we arrived. It was an absolutely beautiful location with gigantic windows that made you feel like you were outside in the lush surroundings. The deck and lower garden areas were magnificent. The pictures on their site are accurate. Highest recommendations!

We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Susan's place. The weather was not the best, but clearly the views over Algies Bay are great. We noted that the photos on the website were taken with a wide-angle lens, which unnecessarily exaggerates the spaciousness in the rooms. Susan kept good contact with us without being intrusive, which is always appreciated. The property is exceptionally well-equipped, and the front deck is clearly an asset. The cost was pretty steep in comparison to similar properties, but it was Easter weekend. In summary, we highly recommend Susan's property to future guests.

We (myself, hubby, 11 year old) wanted a beautiful, peaceful spot that we could relax in and Deb's place really delivered. We loved the countryside setting that was so quiet, the cosy comfy beds, the fully equipped kitchen and the games room - we spent many happy hours playing pool! The location was fantastic, rural yet so close to Matakana. Deb and Anto were great hosts, very responsive. Highly recommend.
