Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals can walk around almost freely. Pick eggs for breakfast, scratch the mini pig. Wake up to the rooster crowing. With the canoe you can paddle several kilometers. The bathroom is simple, without a shower, but the bathroom stairs and the lovely water make up for it. There's a gas grill there too. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to convenience store.

Cozy cabin with private bathing area

A place to relax in great natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely secluded with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Sjøstua

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, completely secluded with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with amazing views. The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

Lyngørsundet, Gjevingmyra Farm

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Explore yourself and nature 💚

Cozy and seaside apartment

The apartment is located above a garage at the back of a residential building. It takes less than five minutes to walk down to the great beach and jetty. Hiking opportunities, restaurants, shops and activities are within a short distance. Størdal farm is a short walk away. Here you can enjoy locally produced food in a rural atmosphere. Regular taxi boats go to the islands of Lyngør and Sandøya, which offer a rich selection of cozy niche shops and restaurants. Boat can be rented to explore the archipelago.

Holmesund: Cozy Sørland house, large garden

Cozy restored Sørland house with large sheltered idyllic garden in beautiful Holmesund for rent. Very child-friendly house, garden and area. Great swimming, crab fishing and fishing spots in the immediate vicinity. Volleyball nets, croquet, fishing rods, fishing equipment, crab fishing equipment, barbecue etc. are included. Internet and electricity are included. Parking space for 2 cars. Boat (Pioner maxi 13 feet with 9.9 hp) is available during summer season (from May 23 - September 23, 2025).

Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms.

Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse is located right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Real Sørland idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The cabin is best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. However, a dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed can be arranged for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Holiday fun at the lakefront Båtbu1960

Beautiful summer place by the water - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boathouse was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could spend the night. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat storage in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from the kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun all day!

The apartment is located 2 minutes by car from E18 and 4 minutes from the city center, but in a very quiet residential area with only a few houses. Welcome to our charming house in Sørlandet! This house is located right by the lake and is the perfect place for a large family who wants to spend long summer days together. The house has three cozy bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room is furnished and the kitchen is equipped. One of the best parts of our place is the amazing location right by the lake, with the possibility of a berth. Here you can enjoy boating, fishing or just relax by the waterfront.
