In the backyard there is access to a common patio. The airy living room is in an open solution to a practical kitchen, and in the living room there is also a foldable staircase up to a loft/alcove of approx. 6 sqm.

Avskjermet hage med store plommetrær, med gode turstier i nærheten. Et godt utgangspunkt for Preikestolen, Kjerag, Kongeparken, Jærstrendene, Månafossen, Flørlitrappene. Også Kvadrat, Flor & Fjære og Sirdal er attraksjoner innen god rekkevidde. Badevann, surfestrender, fjell, fjord, byliv og gode fiskemuligheter innen kort avstand.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Welcome to my colorful home! Bring your family and friends to this amazing place with room for fun and beautiful sunsets. This spacious apartment is perfect for spending quality time. 15 minute walk to the trainstation, and the bus is just outside the front door. The park of Sandved is a short 3 minute walk away, which leads to the city centre of Sandnes or to the lake of Stokkeland. The bedroom has a double bed, and the couch can be slept on, in addition to an inflatable mattress.

Our house is located in a beautiful, quiet location and with views of the fjord and mountains only about 20 minutes (by car) from Preikestolen, probably the most famous excursion destination with us. The Kjerag is also easily accessible from here. Pets are welcome. We warmly welcome a maximum of 6 guests. You will stay in the lower, fully furnished apartment. In summer, sun from 10 am to sunset. We are a registered fishery, so fish export is possible
