Excluded, cottage in rural setting

Welcome to our little cottage which we call Exemption! The property is located in beautiful Småland village of Älö, 15 min from Vimmerby, ELF. Nearby are nice swimming areas. The exception is located on the outskirts of our plot, one side to a small garden with patio and the other side to an idyllic Småland cow garden. The cottage is from turn of the turn of the century and carefully renovated. Old windows, doors and floors are preserved. We who rent out the Exemption are called Elsa & Andreas, where our two children and some linen meat pigs also live here.

Here you live in a lovely rural village environment. The farmhouse has a newly renovated kitchen and a sauna with relaxation room. You have access to a large fenced garden and a large patio with wooden floors. A few minutes' walk away is a child-friendly bathing area with a jetty. The farm house is suitable for both children and adults. Here you can enjoy scenic surroundings with great hiking opportunities.

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, 10 m from the water. Ten minutes from the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, using a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. This comfortable accommodation is in a separate house with its own entrance. The house itself is built in the traditional Swedish style: timber, red and white. Lakeside cabin outside Vimmerby

Lovely cottage with large plot and about 100 meters to the lake. Swings and sandbox available. The cottage is 60 + 15 + 30 sq.m. very child-friendly... During the hot summer 2018 o 2019 the guests were very grateful for our well-functioning AC. AC is in both houses. Wonderful large terrace full of toys for children to find activities indoors and outdoors.
