We offer accommodation on the ground floor of our old stone house which includes: a spacious living room, with kitchen area, lounge area and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 140 cm and 1 pull-out bed that can be converted into 2 single beds (see photo); and a bathroom, also spacious, with bathtub and walk-in shower. The room and bathroom overlooks our beautiful garden and the living room on a small courtyard protected from the road.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). You will find a bakery, a mini-market, a bar-tabac, a pharmacy, a hotel-restaurant, a local products shop and a brocante. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). No wifi or television, but peace, relaxation and board games to enjoy life in a different way.

Located in a haven of peace and greenery, you will be seduced by the charm of the place and the comfort of the cottage furnished in an old independent barn of our residence. With a personalized decor in a bucolic and relaxing atmosphere, we will welcome you with simplicity. Welcome to SANCOINS in Cher in Berry, we offer you a very nice air-conditioned studio for 2/4 people (1 couple and 2 children or 2 couples or 4 friends) we welcome you in our large townhouse on Place du Commerce in Sancoins. This studio has a 140 X 190 bed, a quality sofa bed for 2 children according to your choice, very well equipped kitchenette and dining area, totally independent, the stairs are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Quiet house in the countryside with a large lot. There is a small pond with carp (they love bread) Shops (supermarket, restaurants...) 5 km away with the street art city. Beautiful walks in the area: Allier River 5 km away, Tronçais Forest 20 km away. Near us, the Lurcy-Lévy circuit (5 km) or Magny-Cours (25 km) for racing enthusiasts. You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

Close to Tronçais

We will be happy to welcome you to our charming studio located 1 km from the village of Cérilly in the Allier and only 1 km from an exceptional forest, the Tronçais forest. This accommodation of 35 m² on the ground, adjoining our home but also independent , will be ideal for your holiday stays or trips . Please note, access to the bedroom is not recommended for elderly people or people with reduced mobility.

Apartment "Le 94"

In the heart of Lurcy-Lévis, come and enjoy a fully equipped apartment that was refurbished in June 2024. It is located close to the circuit and Street Art City, close to Tronçais Forest and 25 minutes from Magny-Cours Circuit. Local shops and services are a 5-minute walk away. Supermarket and gas station are 2 min drive. The apartment "le 96", adjoining, can be rented to offer additional beds.
