Trendy Loft Steps to Plaza Dorrego

Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Bellísimo departamento estilo industrial en pleno corazón del Boulevard Caseros

Edificio NUEVO! a pasos de Parque Lezama, Puerto Madero y el casco histórico de la ciudad. Cuenta con una cama matrimonial X-Queen que puede transformarse en 2 camas individuales y sofá con posibilidad de acomodar a un niño. Disponemos de cuna para bebe en caso de solicitarla. El apartamento completamente amoblado con WiFi y Cable, para disfrutar de una hermosa estadía en la ciudad! El edificio cuenta con sector parrillas en la terraza, hermosa piscina al aire libre y laundry. Barrio de ubicación privilegiada, con acceso muy cercano a medios de transportes. El pintoresco Boulevard Caseros es un sitio de gran valor histórico y el nuevo polo gastronómico de San Telmo. El barrio ofrece arquitectura de época, varios restaurantes, cerveceras, anticuarios, museos. El parque Lezama está a pocos metros del departamento. A pocos minutos de Puerto Madero. ubicación excelente con servicio de varias lineas de colectivos, a 10 minutos caminando de la Estación de trenes y subte Constitución, a 4 cuadras de la Avda 9 de Julio y a pocas cuadras de Puerto Madero. Se puede caminar tranquilamente hacia cualquiera de estos puntos.

Gorgeous, spacious, and sunny downtown loft

Located in the historical Pasaje Santamarina, close to the heart of San Telmo, and reached through one flight of stairs, it has a living area with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one in an open mezzanine, with a desk), an entertainment center with an LCD TV (with Chromecast, no cable), a bathroom (with shower box, no tub), and a walk-in closet. Features Wi-fi connection and a central air conditioning system. Very quiet and light-filled. Easy access to Buenos Aires attractions.

Casa Bolívar. Art&Design and in HistoricCenter

This is a beautiful apartment in a 1910 three-story building. It keeps its original masonry and marble stairs as well as its original facade. There is only one apartment per floor. The Old San Telmo Market is right across the street. Have your first breakfast at Nica, a cute café situated on the ground floor of the building. This one is on me! My treat! To keep in mind: the neighbors is very friendly but it is not quiet; the nights tend to be vibrant and busy.

Increíble lugar! Realmente agradezco que anfitriones con semejante lugar y valor histórico abran sus puertas y nos regalen la oportunidad de alojarnos en un espacio único y con todo los detalles y tan gran hospitalidad y esfuerzo para que ese momento sea único para cada huésped que albergan…. I enjoyed the apartment very much - it was perfect for me. They were very kind and helpful. I could have kicked myself for leaving my one and only phone charging cord on the plane, and without hesitation he offered me his to use while I was there. I was beyond grateful!! Everything about it was great. The only things I will mention (which would not discourage me from staying there again) was that it said in the description breakfast was included, and it was not, there was no welcoming goodie basket with snacks and a bottle of wine as pictured, and on one of the nights, although this is no fault of theirs, sirens. I'm a heavy sleeper and 3 times between 4:00 and 5:00 am sirens screaming down the street. So loud it was as though the windows were open. Being on a major street has it's pros and cons!

Nestled neatly in between San Telmo overlooking the canals and Puerto Madero, a very choice neighborhood full of government buildings and completely safe. Sunrises in the distance over Rio de la Plata will be missed when you leave. This apartment is new (everything works wonderfully) and in a doorman building. Segundo is precisely what you hope for in a host, always available without ever imposing. This was truly a wonderful experience.

We fell in love with this beautiful apartment. The romantic terrace that overlooks San Telmo rooftops, the morning sunlight that shines through stained glass windows—you will feel like you’re in a novel. Hosts Santiago and Romi were friendly, accommodating and incredibly helpful. Santiago showed us some nearby restaurants when we were first arrived after our long-haul flight, tired and hungry. He sent through many good suggestions, too. When a mild issue arose, he came promptly over and solved it for us, effortlessly. Our stay was very comfortable, and we felt like we were in good hands. I would return in a heartbeat. John & Josie
