I really liked the apartment! They were always available and the location is perfect. It's next to Don Júlio and Ciro Café. Super safe too. I had already stayed in other apartments in Buenos Aires and was always disappointed with the cleanliness! But Carola's apartment was really clean

Always a great stay. I've stayed before and this time I stayed 2 weeks and extended a 3rd. Very nice balcony, washer (no dryer), big fridge and grill. Everything you need and great hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in Karina’s apartment. The apartment was perfect for my daughter and me for our 10-day stay. Adorable kitchen space with incredible sunlight. The apartment has a washing machine which was a nice amenity for our longer stay. The San Telmo location was such fun. It was an easy walk to the countless nearby restaurants and sites. It’s a bit further from other interesting neighborhoods like Recoleta and Palermo, but we managed through the use of Uber and some long walks which helped us get a deeper feel for Buenos Aires. We also appreciated Karina’s flexibility given our late night arrival. We were met at the apartment by Angel, who gave us an amazing orientation to the apartment and the neighborhood. We appreciated his recommendations on food to try and more. Karina and Angel couldn’t have been more helpful or hospitable.

Great place to stay close to many places.

Ramiro is a very friendly, down to earth and helpful person. Ramiro carried my heavy suitcase up to my apartment , thats great service. This place is as you see it in the photos. Old world charm and renovated interior. It’s very comfortable place to stay, super quiet ,hIt has a secure entry and you cannot hear the noise outside not that it was busy , a fairly quiet and safe neighbourhood and only a short stroll to San Telmo market with small bars and restaurants to feast on local meats and empanadas, and fresh fruit and vegetables. You pay a little bit more but it’s premium food. The bed is very comfortable and great for the back. The kitchen is very functional with everything you need for cooking with Olive oil, vinegar and several condiments and mate tea. A good sized fridge , two air cons with heating. Very spacious apartment. A good bathroom with shower / bath with big mirrors. This is a historic building beautiful courtyard and balcony. I’ll be back!

The apartment is perfect... I stayed several times for work trips and it has everything for the stay... especially the proximity to the subway and everything within walking distance

This was one of the best apartments I've had in 5 years in Buenos Aires. Check-in was very flexible and there was never a problem with communication. It's an older building with apartments on each side of a walkway. The apartment is bright and organized like a 'U' around an uncovered outdoor patio. The apartment has high ceilings, some exposed brick walls and there are doors from the patio to each of the rooms in the apartment. The bedroom and loft are both spacious though not separated with doors, which wasn't a problem for me (or my son when he visited). Sheets & towels were changed weekly. The kitchen is small but practical. The bathroom is in a room off of the patio and wasn't a problem for me. Within short distances there are super markets, green markets and friamberias, as well as cafes and restaurants. I had a great stay without any problem and recommend the apartment.

Great place for those who go in group. It comfortably accommodates about 12 people. The house has a backyard with a barbecue that is charming and very useful for rainy days and lunch with the guys. It has three bathrooms with hot water (one in a suite) and working perfectly. There's a supermarket almost on the corner. Anyway, the house was a comfort for everyone. I'd definitely come back if I needed a big place to stay. I loved it!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

The place was so fun! Arcade games were a huge hit ! Damian was easy to communicate with. Comfy beds! Great location , fruit store across the street!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

Very nice Airbnb. Definitely worth the price. It is super clean and modern. There is a balcony and tow bathrooms. The kitchen is great. You are perfectly able to prepare meals. Another great thing about the accommodation is the rooftop. You can enjoy the sunset and in the summer you can even the swimming pool.
