I had an incredible experience staying here! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the cozy bedding to the fully stocked kitchen and easy check-in process. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was responsive, kind, and clearly cares about providing a great experience. I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my entire stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and relaxing getaway.

The property is absolutely beautiful, there are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy my morning coffee, taking the views of the San Tan mountains. It’s extremely close to hiking trails, and there’s plenty of amenities, a short drive away

We had a wonderful short vacation traveling to AZ from Boston for a family wedding. The house was perfect for our family of four. We loved the backyard pool and sitting areas. And the living room couch and all three beds were extremely comfortable! Great location too!Thank you Brian!

Excellent home! The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. An added bonus, two main suites! The backyard is so fun and really beautiful.

This location was perfect for our basketball tournament at the Arizona Athletic Complex. The house was great for the multiple families. The one room without an attached bathroom was secluded right next to the bathroom so everyone had their privacy. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed the space.

Fabulous home. Best backyard oasis ever! We were in town for my son’s wedding. It was almost 100 degrees so the pool was put to good use between the festivities.

Pictures didn’t do this place a justice. Welcoming to little kids and animals. They put get detail into the design and furniture throughout the home. It’s a truly a beautiful place. We appreciated the great location and how responsive and helpful the host was throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed, while traveling with a toddler and a baby. We had such a great time here! We brought our kiddos and celebrated Father’s Day weekend at Kyle’s place. The pool was perfect and so fun, we loved the volleyball net. There were plenty of yard games and we love the paddle boat on the lake. The house was super clean and decorated so cute! The place had everything we needed and we couldn’t stop talking about how happy we were to have booked it over a hotel. We will be back for sure!

Second stay - gracious Host. Had a problem with Steam Shower not working till last day of stay that was a selling feature for us to book. Dohl was fast to respond but did take a couple days to correct. Would book again.

We were visiting my Son and his family and they live in the same neighborhood. Very quiet neighborhood and loved the pool on hot days. Will definitely stay again at Nicole’s on our next visit. 🌵

Sarah’s place is a great spot for your stay in Scottsdale, especially if you have a dog. Listing is accurate. while it’s a guesthouse, it’s still private and we enjoyed taking advantage of the amenities right in the back yard. If we find ourselves in Scottsdale again, I hope this spot is available!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kelsey’s place. The house was clean and spacious. The pool and backyard space was amazing. Great location too. We would definitely stay again.

Our group loved staying here for a long weekend! The house was big and very comfortable for our group of 4. We loved having the pool in the hot desert ! It was also close to the Salt River which made it very convenient. We’d def stay here again. Thank you!

My family and I had a great stay! The home was exactly as expected and more. There was extra touches like books to read and toys and books for my 5yr old that made it extra special. It's the small things I look for and this place didn't disappoint. We will definitely stay again and are looking at his other locations for future family trips!! Highly recommend!!!!

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

This was a great place to stay while visiting family in San Tan Valley.

We were in the San Tan Valley for a wedding and Carol's house was perfect for our group. We were next to the wedding venue, and when we had free time from the wedding schedule we enjoyed the backyard a lot. We used the pool and spa and we all took long walks through the large neighborhood. We enjoyed the wonderful weather and the house kept us nice and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we were coming to the area!

I couldn't possibly say enough good things about the hosts and the casita it's self. Thank you folks for everything that you did for me while I was there during my stay. The farm fresh eggs were so healthy and delicious! God bless you guys!!! I cant wait to stay there again the next time i need some R&R.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and were very happy with the house and neighborhood, especially with kids. The park is within walking distance and having access to 2 nice pools was everything. The house was clean, well stocked and nicely furnished. The area is great with lots of restaurants, splash pads/parks and shopping. So glad we chose Rebekah 's house for our stay in Phoenix!

Alexis's was very responsive and a great host. Would definitely stay at this location again, house was great.
