The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

It also has a kitchenette and a bathroom that are exclusively for guests. Common areas: kitchen, living/dining room, and roof garden.
