Garages 150 meters away in case the guest wants to hire separately during their stay!

The apartment has high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, heating, 42" 4k Smart TV with Netflix, HBOmax, Star+, Dinsey+ and Prime account, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric juicer and electric kettle, double bed and linen service, work office and patio with grill.

40m2 housing module, designed to be inhabited by tourists and built in 2023. It has a bedroom, full bathroom, and a kitchenette, living room, and dining room. In addition to the nice garden, there is a gallery equipped with two seats and a table to enjoy the Mendoza sun... It is located 7 minutes by car from downtown. And on the same plot is my parents' house (about 60 meters away), they want to be available when needed!
