Casa Colibrí was absolutely peaceful and unforgettable! This lake house in Guatapé has been hands down our favorite stay. The views of the lake were beautiful and swimming in the lake from the dock was a highlight for us and our 2 year old son. Along with Mona the dog, the sweetest pup you’ll ever meet. We were there in rainy season, which was mostly sunny every day with rain in the evenings. So if you’re wondering whether you should come in rainy season, you should! The house itself was cozy, spotless, and fully stocked for a relaxing getaway. The artistic touches make the home one of a kind. We were especially appreciative of the recommendations from our host—we received massages at the house and took an amazing boat ride. Even though it’s tucked away in nature, it was surprisingly easy to get around, with quick access to the town and the famous Piedra del Peñol via motochiva. If you’re looking for a place to experience tranquility, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Eduardo and Bibiana, the hosts, were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive to all our needs, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The pool was amazing and provided a perfect way to relax, and the family dogs brought so much joy to our 2-year-old—they were a delightful addition to the experience! Eduardo's guidance and recommendations were invaluable, leading us to discover some truly spectacular places nearby. We were also touched by their generosity. The weather couldn't have been better, allowing us to fully enjoy not just the pool but also the stunning waterfalls and river in the area. From the moment we reached out to Brandon, he was supremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. The home is well appointed with everything you could want or need. We enjoyed the spectacular view of El Peñol from the deck each night around the fire table, in the hot tub, and from the wood burning sauna. The home was perfect for the 5 adults in our family. Brandon also has a network of people to help with excursions, food delivery, and transportation. He was always super friendly and helpful. His caretaker of the home is never far away if anything is needed. I cannot say enough great things about Brandon or his Finca. We will surely be back!! Excellent accommodation, you disconnect from everyday life, but at the same time it's very close to the town of Guatape, which offers you so many experiences as a tourist. A luxury!

It’s a cozy cabin and great get away from the city. Santhiago was really helpful and attentive. The dogs are super friendly and bbq and fireplace were nice extras.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house with my family. The views were absolutely stunning. We spent hours simply enjoying the scenery from the patio. We especially loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which made the experience even more relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and make lasting memories. Highly recommended! !

Wow. Visiting Guatape as an American sounded ambitious, but Camilo and his staff ensured we had a trip of a life time, everything was seamless. The house staff waited our arrival with welcome drinks and snacks, the chef Camilo suggested were already whipping up appetizers and dinner upon our arrival. The place was as delicious as the Lake views and incredible architecture seamlessly embedded into nature. We never wanted to leave, Guatape with Camilo was magical. 6 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the best place for a weekend retreat. You’re surrounded by nature 360 degrees and it’s amazing. The place is huge and has a pool and everything you can think of!

Our host, Mateo, was incredibly kind and maintained excellent communication from start to finish, making everything easy and smooth. This place is even more stunning in person—every detail reflects care, elegance, and tranquility. But what made this trip unforgettable was Camilo, whose warmth, empathy, and exceptional service made us feel genuinely cared for. He went above and beyond in every way, as did the rest of the staff, who were all equally attentive and kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We left with beautiful memories and full hearts, and we’ll definitely be back.

A beautiful place to disconnect, the pool with natural water is a beauty to reactivate us, and then great relaxation in the jacuzzi... the view, the nature, everything was very nice, it's sunny during the day and cold at night, but the amenities provide the necessary comfort for those who visit this place.

Everything from start to finish was impeccable. They arranged to pick me up from Medellin and take me right to the property and were incredibly supportive and helpful when I encountered a couple of problems in town. The communication is exceptionally fast, and the hosts are very friendly, warm, and accommodating. The space is exactly as pictured - it was the perfect little getaway for the weekend. I could not recommend this place more!
