Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Enjoy watching movies on the 85-inch screen while comfortably seated on the sofa or rest in the room. We have a fully-equipped kitchen and a balcony. The apartment's view is very nice during the day and spectacular at night. The building is located in front of the Gran Sur shopping center, very close to the Aztec stadium and hospital area

For faster mobility, it is preferable to use Uber or your own car, although there is a minibus that goes directly to the center of Xochimilco, and passes through Mexico Xochimilco, where you can take the bus that goes along the Calzada de Tlalpan.

It is very close to the hospital area, Metrobus, and buses that go to the Taxqueña Metro, CU, historic center, and Aztec Stadium. Please let me know 20-30 minutes before you arrive.

The place is nice, with clean towels, there is a laundry next door, shops, market And everything you need for a comfortable stay The only bad thing is that there's no TV

My stay with Antonella was very pleasant, the room where I stayed had all kinds of amenities, even for a home office. Antonella as a host is very friendly, always willing to give recommendations on places to visit, giving you the freedom to come and go wherever and whenever you want.

A clean bathroom area is shown, featuring a walk-in shower enclosed by clear glass and a modern sink with a marble countertop. A wooden cabinet above offers storage, while a plush bath mat provides comfort underfoot. Personal items are neatly arranged on the shelves.

The stay at Tere and her mom's place was very quiet and pleasant. The room is spacious, comfortable and well lit and ventilated. The Ayuntamiento metrobus station is nearby and makes it easy to get around.

A white building is surrounded by green foliage, featuring a large tree and trimmed grass. The structure includes balconies with glass doors and white railings. Stone pathways lead to the entryway, where potted plants add a touch of greenery.

I highly recommend it. If they have to travel to CDMX and the specifically Tlalpan area, I advise them not to miss the opportunity to stay here. Both Ms. Martha and Mr. are very attentive and very friendly people with whom you stay at home. There is no better place to host than here, they make you feel right at home.

Don Pedro is a very nice person, always attentive and helpful, taking care of the details and attending to the needs of the guests. He also gave us a tour of the surroundings and showed us how to get to the destinations that interested us. Lalo greeted us immediately, a very friendly person and making improvements to the house together with Don Pedro. In general, everything was excellent, I would definitely stay again. Greetings Lalo and Don Pedro. Very rich coffee and green smoothie of xoconoxtle, apple and nopal that he prepares daily to take care of his cardiovascular health.
