Cosy flat with terrace near subway

Charming & brand new apartment (year of construction 2010) that includes a double bedroom and one single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and an outside patio/terrace. In the single bedroom a small bed, for a little kid could easily be squeezed in. The apartment is located on the edge of Arturo Soria (high-end residential), parallel with Calle Alaca (more popular). The place is very quiet (triple glazing) and is, among others, ideal for a family with kids, given the outside patio.(20 m2) It’s a lively popular neighborhood, with severals bars (including an Irish pub with a popular terrace) and restaurants , a handful of supermarkets and a Metro entrance (Line 5 or the Green Line), only 150 meters away A real asset is that the apartment includes 1 free parking space, which can an interesting option (in case you are traveling around Spain by car or visiting Ifema or one of the many companies that are headquartered in this area, e.g. IBM, Bosh, Atos etc.) in a city were finding parking space can be real nightmare and you easily pay up to 20 euros for a night in a car park. The apartment includes WIFI, TV, a cosy outside patio/terrace with teak furniture, central heating & silent top-end air conditioning. Although a few kilometers away from the city centre, it is really well located. Close to the airport (10 minute by taxi or 25 minutes only by public transport) and close to IFEMA, a leading Trade Fair center in Europe. Its located 150 meters from the metro station ¨Ciudad lineal¨; Line 5/Linea 5 takes you in 5 minutes to Las Ventas (bull fighting arena), 10 minutes to the stylish Salamanca area, 15 minutes to Alonso Martinez (Malasaña) /Chueca and 20 to Callao (Gran Via area) Opera/La Latina. The flat is a 5 minute walk away from the beautiful Quinta de los Molinos Park, perhaps one of the best kept secrets in Madrid (especially when cherry blossoms pop late February/March; simply breathtaking) Self –service breakfast can be arranged for. (5 Euros per person). Clean towels and sheets included.

Our cosy 40m2 studio is located in Barrio Quintana, in the north-eastern area on the outskirts of Madrid. You will stay in an area full of shops and services, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, but with easy access to it: we are 30 minutes by Metro from the centre (Puerta del Sol) with a direct line from the Quintana stop which is 450m away :) Plus: pets welcome! ;) With capacity for up to 2 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment, with good qualities. With a wonderful patio that you can enjoy almost all year round, where you can have breakfast breathing tranquility. Decorated with great affection, in a practical and elegant space. In a privileged location, with public transport (metro and bus) 2 minutes walk directly into the city in 15 minutes. A mall, and supermarket 2 minutes walk and free street parking, no parking meters.

An amazing studio close to downtown

Cozy studio with lots of light just over 30 minutes by public transport from downtown. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, close to supermarkets and 40 minutes from the airport by public transport and less than 10 by taxi/uber. Its garden, tranquility and proximity to the airport make it a perfect place to spend a few days in Madrid!

Adalyisa and her mother are very friendly and attentive people. The apartment is just as it looks in the photos. The location is very good, 30 minutes from downtown Madrid by subway or an hour or so on foot. But the best part was the service: Adalyisa and her mother were very good and respectful. I couldn’t wait to write this review. It was an exceptional stay. Alicia is such a kind and welcoming person. She greeted me with a cheerful smile in the morning and even made breakfast. Even with the language barrier we managed to have a great conversation. The place is really clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend it. It is closer to the metro and has some nice restaurants nearby.
