Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Nicolás

Great apartment, comfortable, modern and very well located (meters from three subway lines). Check-in was quick and flexible but above all comfortable, with fingerprints and codes you save yourself the need to walk around with the key, something we really liked. It was exactly as described. The hosts always responded quickly, proactively and kindly. Highly recommended.

From the beginning of the conversations about the stay, the host was very polite and helpful in answering questions and doubts, and at check-in we were also very well attended to. It was amazing to stay in this apartment I highly recommend it! Be sure to go to the San Telmo fair on Sundays and visit De Los Cojones, which was fantastic! It is very close to all the great tango bars. If you are LGBT, there is a La Greko bar on the corner with very good service and good drinks! Fernando was a great host. I would definitely come back more often if I were to do things in the Puerto Madero/San Telmo region

Awesome! The apartment is beautiful! The structure of the building is great, and the view is even better! Very beautiful! Ornella is also a very good host, communication was very easy and she is very helpful!

Comfortable loft, very well equipped and decorated, and with details that add up, such as earplugs for those who may have difficulty sleeping with street noise (it was not my case). The bed is super comfortable and the shower has ideal water temperature and pressure. I emphasize the security of the building and the kindness of the reception staff. I would definitely stay again.

This place was great for my partner and I. We both work online and it had enough spaces for us to comfortably work in different areas of the apartment.

We loved our stay in San Telmo. You can walk less that 20 steps and you are watching fabulous Tango and having drinks at wonderful local bars. The Airbnb was quiet as it is located at the back of a ground floor historic complex. Highly recommended. We will be back for another visit.

Great apartment, big pool, big house, everything is organized conveniently. There is everything you need. Check-in went without problems. Of the minuses - check-out at 10 am

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

From the time we arrived until we left, we felt the comfort of the apartment. Very nice apartment, clean, adequate lighting, Uriel and Angel are always attentive. I would definitely book with them again.

I really liked the apartment, it's comfortable and has a beautiful view. The pool on the 27th floor is simply beautiful, and the hydro is a plus. Laura is a genius. I recommend it 100%

Everything was really excellent, clean, tidy, comfortable. There was enough bedding, the TV worked perfectly as well as the connection. Easy to enter, either with a key or code. Amenities in the bathroom, hair dryer. The instructions were clear, security in the building, elevator, everything was fine. Comfortable beds, there were extra pillows just in case. Everything was impeccable, Graciela always quick to respond. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

Grisel's apartment could not have been better.. Lovely, comfortable, with all the amenities promised and squeaky clean. Grisel was friendly and amazingly helpful - I felt like we were staying at a friend's place. The location is ideal, in San Telmo, and even though it was in a lively area, the bedrooms were quiet. Airbnb does not get better than this. We will be back!
