Please, read carefully the following desriptions that will be relevant for the check in and along your stay in the flat: 1) The home automation system: The house is technologically manageable through a display at the entrance . From there you can manage the temperature of the habitat (air condition), the lighting, the music. To listen to the music you can use airport or connect your smartphone/ipod to the relevant cable through the headphone output and turn on from the display (if you have any problem you can write me to have quick instructions and/or ask me to select options by remote access); 2 ) the kitchen rings: note that it is a little bit tricky sometimes to detect the pans whereas the burner is a very performing one. Please use a special care because it is delicate if you cook when the base is dirty. Francesca will show you the product to use in case it gets dirty. 4) You will be shown where to find kitchenware and accessories like salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea bags 5 ) electric window system: the kitchen window is the only one that is not manual. You will find a bottom to open it electrically. 6) outside lights. Very charming in the evening. You can enjoy the view in the garden turning on the outside lights. Find in the display the 3 options (segnapasso, esterno facciata, piante). 7) you'll be delighted by the quality of the cuisine “Lago”. However it is required to pay attention to the risk of damage the surface of the furniture on the left side when you open the dishwasher. That door crashes into the furniture when the latter is slightly opened. 8) Parking facility (access from the garden by private gate) Finally I ask you to avoid using shoes inside the habitat. We try to promote a healthy and “sterile” environment.

One of the best apartments I have ever been. Breathtaking sea view, close to restaurants, beach etc, good public transportation nearby. Extremely good noise isolation in bed rooms, you do not hear lively surroundings at all. Very responsive, flexible and helpful host.

A balcony offers a stunning view of the surrounding hills and greenery. The space features a railing with decorative plants and a terracotta pot. Below, a collection of colorful buildings can be seen, nestled among lush trees, creating a serene backdrop.

All in all was very good. The location was good if you have a car. There is also a bus right in front of the door. There are plenty of scooter rentals nearby. Very clean accommodation with enough storage space. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is far from the center but well connected by public transport (bus 18-46). Ideal for family stays, with two very large rooms and every comfort. Riccardo and Enrico are extremely friendly and helpful, I highly recommend it.

A pathway is lined with a sturdy green railing, leading to a stone wall adorned with greenery and flowers. A vehicle is parked nearby, complementing the natural environment that surrounds the entrance.
