The house is big and spacious, very nice and new. The real thing is much more beautiful than the pictures. The swimming pool is wide. Parking in the area of the house for many cars. The location is quiet and peaceful. There are only green colors. The surrounding area has 8 houses that are rented out, but they do not disturb each other. And there are also people and security guards. Feel safe. If you have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai, I will come back to stay again.

Great experience, the amenities in the room are perfect, the kitchen utensils are more complete, it is the most perfect house we have stayed in during this trip, from check-in to check-out, every detail makes me feel thoughtful and comfortable, the host sister also took us to the bazaar in the village, gave us a lot of useful travel advice, I will definitely choose this homestay again!

The actual check in felt so much more beautiful than the photos! The pool is very clean and spacious and has a massage feature❤️ The living room, kitchen are very clean and bright, well lighted, fully equipped, and the high design makes it very comfortable. Every room is thoughtfully designed and equipped with a bathroom, and the hot water is stable and there is a lot of water! Will definitely stay again if I come back to Chiang Mai🥹🥹🥹 Super great stay!

Beautiful house - a really special stay. The bedrooms were very nice. There was lots of things for our children to play with as well as a pool ( e.g badminton bats,Ping pong tables and balls) they had a fantastic time. Alex was really helpful before after and during.😊

The swimming pool was crystal clear and added a whole new level of joy, especially with the lush natural surroundings enhancing the experience. The bed was exceptionally high in quality, offering deep rest and comfort after each day. Everything here feels carefully thought out—there’s truly nothing lacking. Our family created beautiful memories here—moments we’ll cherish for a long time. The host was not only highly professional but also warm and responsive, ensuring that every part of our stay felt easy and comforting. We leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and already looking forward to coming back.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Naphat and her team went above and beyond- finding me massages, providing babysitting services, cooking tasty meals even getting me medicine when I got sick (respiratory bug caught on plane) . Highly recommend

We had a wonderful at Chiang Mai and that was largely thanks to Yakir. He was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. any issues were dealt with immediately to the extent that he personally took my son to the grocery store to get some food when we needed, and showed him around the neighbourhood upon request for dining recommendations. The house is beautifully done giving a very relaxing vibe and the rooms were well kept. 11/10 would recommend staying here and frankly, if you’re planning a trip to chiang mai you really need not look further. This is the house you want to stay in. Great location, incredible host, fantastic amenities and i’d go a step further and say it’s even better than advertised.

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had a pleasure of staying at this incredible villa. The villa itself was an oasis of comfort and luxury. The spaciousness and the beautifully manicured garden of the villa allowed us to feel relaxed and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fabulous private pool!!! The water is clear and pristine, not only the pool was impeccably maintained, but the addition of floaty and pool ball provided was a delightful surprise! The host was very responsive and helpful. When we reached out for additional blanket, they responded promptly and arranged speedy delivery to our villa. The location of the villa was a bit difficult to find, yet the host gave us immediate and easy-to-follow instructions upon our enquiry. Despite a few minor issues such as many insects and some noise from the construction right next to the villa, the villa's combination of luxury amenities, pool facilities and beautiful greenery make it an outstanding holiday destination!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I decided to stay in a quieter area of Chiang Mai—best decision ever! The villa was super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The private pool was amazing, and we had a great time grilling in the BBQ area. The whole place just felt really relaxing, and the host was super helpful. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

Staying with Jane and her Australian partner Michael is like staying with good friends. The house is about 6km from the centre but they propose to take you wherever you wish to go in their car. Jane has a vast knowledge of local culture and enjoys sharing this with guests. Both Jane and Michael go out of their way to make you feel comfortable in their home and are happy to advise guests on activities and places to visit according to what YOU wish to do. They have a great address for a fantastic massage, can take you to the best local markets and Jane makes the best smoothies ever! Impeccably clean throughout the house, possibility to wash and dry laundry, comfortable beds and pillows ensure a good night's sleep in a calm environment. We can highly recommend Jane as a great host as well as her beautiful welcoming home.
