If you are looking for a quiet, cosy and neat place. This is it. Newly renovated apartment, nicely decorated. Enjoy the comfort of a well furnished apartment with kitchen and a comfy bed. You can enjoy some reading in the sofa, work in the working area, enjoying a good wifi connexion. Or, you can enjoy a hot bath in the jacuzzi drinking a glass of wine. Located 2 min away from the Macarena Arch, 5min from Feria, 10min from the river. Everything is walking distance. The area is very local.

After renovation, remodelling and decoration, our apartment en Seville welcomes you. This is the perfect place to start exploring this Andalusian jewel. Our cocoon is just as warm, welcoming and sunny as Seville itself. It has been imagined and designed as if we’d been planning to move there. It has a completely different feel from more impersonal vacation rentals. It’s a bit like our own home with its original “hand-made” pieces of furniture and decoration, to be found nowhere else.
