Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan

We had difficulty finding the place. I went to two different locations. Finally when I contacted Airbnb, the host came to pick me up. From there, things went well. The room is very clean. We had nice breakfast every morning. Our last day, the host dropped us at the airport, what was nice. I will recommend this place but the host needs to redefine the address so people can find it easily on google maps.

I love the place and I will definitely come back again soon. Highly recommended. Thank you Sir Douglas and Ariel I had a wonderful time in your place.

A great little place with a wonderful view

The place was clean and in a great location near the city center. The host was very responsive, and the staff on-site were accommodating and easy to talk to. Overall a smooth and pleasant stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The pool is perfectly maintained. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities anyone could ask for. The balcony jacuzzi tub is also a very nice touch. The host is very approachable and will go out of his way to ensure u have a great stay. Everything about it is A+. I will definitely stay here again 🙏🏽

We stayed only for a few days, but the place felt like home; it was very comfy! Though the place is near the road the bedroom windows face the courtyard so it is quiet at night. Darlene was always ready to help :)

Great place, power interruption is a problem in the Island and only had issues with it on the first night since there’s a lot of things we can do outdoors. We didn’t notice the power interruption hours since there’s a beach infront where we can sit and relax while waiting for the power to be back, ride motorcycle around the island, friendly staff who will give you tips on where to go and how can you stroll the Island, cafes and restau 5 mins walk. The room is clean and comfy for us and kids not to mention that you can have your coffee while having a an ocean/sea side view. I know it’s a bit far from tourist spot at San Juan but having access to motorcycle for rent and car self drive for rent, it’s like doing a road trip exploration on the Island on the way to tourists spots. There’s also a nice gym 10 mins walk from Ms Juvy’s place, it was really a great experience and we are planning to go back! Thank you so much Ms Juvy and to your friendly staffs!

We had the most wonderful stay at this gorgeous homey retreat in the hills. Kristina went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations as my partner was working and wifi on the island is touch and go. She supported us with a long list of options, and was kind and responsive throughout our stay. Their gorgeous doggos made the stay all the more special, but nothing can really top just how incredible the house itself is. They’ll remind you that you can’t miss the sunsets and really, the best spot on the island to watch the entirety of the colours change the sky. We did experience a number of brown outs but that went beyond their control, and added to our peaceful disconnect. They had solar lamps and candles, but to know in case that would be an issue for you. Overall the most incredible stay and we can’t wait to return.

It’s my kind of holiday accommodation. Peaceful and away from touristy areas. Beautiful view from the balcony. I couldn’t have managed without a car though. Lukasz was so kind for arranging a rental car for me.

We got everything that we need. The host is very responsive and the staff are very friendly and accomplished too. Miss Cara helps us out in booking for tricycle as we are getting late for ferry. We even got to check in early with the air-condition turned on already when we arrived given the tiring travel and from the heat of the sun at noon. As a group who decided to cook for ourselves, the kitchen is a complete set of what we need. washrooms were clean as well. There was a restaurant downstairs so,it was very convenient to grab a food. Location of the stay was grate (private,calm, surrounded by lots of greenery)Overall, I was beyond pleased with the service and definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you Miss Cara and all the staff❤️

David, with his family, is a wonderful host. Very hospitable and friendly people! We had a wonderful stay at Jermaine Quiet House. Though the place is quite deep, but it offers a raw Siquijor experience. It is in Lazi, which made it strategically located in the middle of the stretch where the popular tourist attractions are located. The room is simple yet equipped with basic needs. It has refrigerator to store food, an airconditioner, a fully finctioning kitchen, a veranda and barbecue area.

It was a great stay overall, I appreciate the responsiveness and the hosts family even welcomed us. There were some items that need to be fixed but didn’t really impacted our stay. A great place to stay if you want peaceful, quiet, and beautiful view/scenery.

We had a great stay at Josephs place, beside the fact, that there were Long brownouts for the time we stayed. But thats not Josephs fault. He was very helpful to bring us small Generators, so we could have wifi and and a Fan at while there was no power. He also gave us bikes for free and drove us to the Port free of charge for our troubles. The property was very beautiful. The only Little downside was, that there were construction workers every day, so there was not us much privacy as hoped, they also started working early in the Morning. Otherwise we had a great stay beside the circumstances. Thanks for having us.
