Andrey's apartment was simply great! Superbly equipped – it really had everything you need. Everything was clean and well maintained. Particularly pleasant: The early check-in was possible without any problems. Communication with Andrey was excellent – fast, friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back soon! Absolute recommendation!

Our stay here was as beautiful as we had expected. The apartment was well equipped, the host was very responsive, and the location was perfect for us. Seeing the views out the kitchen windows as well as from the terrace was incredible! We can't wait to return!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Fantastic apartment right on the beach of San Juan! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and great for a couple with one child. With more people, however, the apartment would quickly become too small. Otherwise, 100% recommendation and the hostess was fantastically nice to us and very flexible with check-in and check-out.
