The room was very spacious and very fragrant when we arrived. The bed was huge and so were the pillows. Good, smelly linens. There is a space with a large table and water heater. Filtered water is available. Mrs. Elena and her husband are very kind and helpful. They offered to clean the room and change linens and towels. Good internet and great location. Price is worth the price. The only observation is that the cleaning of common areas and shared bathrooms should be done more frequently.

This is my second time in Katy's garden and I'll be back because I love it!! It's so nice. The language school atmosphere is very nice and Eligio is interesting and adorable. In addition there are activities offered by the school that we can participate in: we did a traditional cooking class, it was great!

Absolutely stunning views. Great hosts, everyone was so helpful and immediately responded to anything we asked, we so appreciated their attentiveness. The views from here cannot be beat, wake up just before sunrise and watch. The restaurant had the best food we had in San Marcos actually. And maybe my favorite thing - their jacuzzi was actually extremely clean and well maintained! I’m picky about this. This water was pristine and treated. Perfection in the early mornings. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Bany was the best Airbnb host we have ever encountered! He was so friendly helpful and responsive. The room was lovely, spacious and clean with the most amazing view! (I think possibly the best from that side of the lake!) We enjoyed waking up to a spectacular sunrise. The house is still being renovated but Bany provides cold water, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave which we appreciated. It was excellent value for money and I wish Bany every success with his business in the future.
