Casa situada en el bonito pueblo marinero de San Juan de la Arena, capital angulera. Se encuentra a 30' de Gijón y Oviedo y a tan solo 15' de Avilés. Además dispone de buen acceso al aeropuerto, ya que se encuentra a tan solo 10'. Estamos en el margen derecho de la desembocadura del río Nalón. La vivienda está situada frente al puerto deportivo y a 5' de la playa de los Quebrantos por un bonito paseo. En el pueblo hay instalaciones deportivas como: polideportivo, pista de fútbol sala e incluso un pequeño skatepark. Tiene también supermercados y hasta un mercadillo en la plaza todos los viernes. Disponemos además de centro médico y farmacia. En el pueblo se tenemos también numerosos restaurantes en los que podrás degustar nuestra variada gastronomía. Hay una senda costera que nos lleva al bonito pueblo medieval del Castillo, desde el que podemos divisar el transcurso del río Nalón desde una buena altura.
