It has a terrace (it is not accessed directly from the studio, you have to go outside and it is about 6 m approx) , air conditioning, bathroom, one bedroom and a fully equipped living room-kitchen. Five minutes from the beach, optimal location and maintenance, all rooms are exterior, the windows are PVC, it has air conditioning in the living room more than enough to cool all the rooms of the apartment, it has a small covered terrace which is the most appreciated by guests.
