Lovely host and good location

The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

I recommend the apartment in terms of value for money. Everything is in perfect condition and Alvaro is always attentive and well prepared. The area is very nice and with the Parque Arauco shopping mall a few meters away. Many dining options in the area as well.

Excellent space with a unique personality, full of art as well as the apartment's surroundings. It was perfectly furnished, with beautiful decorations and the availability of wines and other spirits to buy in the same Airbnb. The rooms were spotless, as were the bathrooms and common areas. Teobaldo and his wife are excellent hosts 10/10. Everything was spectacular, they have a lot of games and entertainment in the place, also, the house has all the necessary amenities, it is an ideal place to rest from the city and be calm. The accommodation was very comfortable and very cozy. They left us firewood for the stove for cold nights. Thank you very much Teobaldo! Very well located house on the river with a great garden. From here we could plan our hikes and reach restaurants on foot. I'm sure we'll be back.

It was our first time in Pirque and the experience was very positive. I went with my partner and our puppy, and from the first moment we felt very comfortable and well received. The host, Ingrid, was very friendly and respectful of our privacy, which we value very much. The environment is quiet and the cabin space is spacious, ideal for disconnecting and relaxing for a few days. The tinaja was at the perfect temperature, which made the stay even more enjoyable in this fall season. In addition, the rooms have good ventilation and heating, which guarantees a comfortable temperature at all times. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the dedication to detail is noticeable. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely return and recommend this place for those looking for rest, nature and comfort.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with hot water. Very close to Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets nearby.

This Airbnb has an excellent location to tour the beautiful city of Santiago. The apartment itself is very close to the Tobalaba metro station and the Costanera Mall. We enjoyed very much our stay and will consider it next time we are down under in South America. Thanks Karina for all your help!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
