I want to thank Jose Ignacio, his apartment is 100% equipped, everything in excellent condition, parking in the building, close to a supermarket, pharmacies, public transportation, it has everything you need for cooking I recommend this apartment. I would 😊 definitely rent it again

We had a very pleasant surprise when we arrived at the apartment, as it is modern, very clean, and has a super nice decoration! Perfect utensils and Daly is always super helpful, guiding us in everything! We stayed 5 days and left missing our little house in Chile! Definitely, on a return to Chile, that's where we'll choose! A highlight is the bed, which is very comfortable and warm! Waking up and seeing the Andes is priceless! Quiet neighborhood, we felt safe all the time, very familiar! It's not worth 10, it's not worth 1000!

We spent 5 days and loved the place, great location, with shopping, subway and a Lider market right in front (where there is everything we need). The apartment smells great, beds, bathrooms, dishes, clean towels… everything we need to feel at home. Javier is always very helpful, he answered all questions quickly. I RECOMMEND IT!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

The apartment was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the church throughout the apartment, was great to wake up to. It was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. I had a wonderful time during my stay. There were a couple of minor inconveniences, like having trouble finding change for the laundry room, but that didn't take away from the wonderful atmosphere of the apartment. It’s definitely a great value for what you get. If you're seeking a vibrant downtown experience, this is the perfect choice for you.

Everything impeccable, quiet place, small but very comfortable. We had an issue with the water temperature that was quickly fixed, very attentive and helpful. a few blocks away you have the subway, a Census, a leader, and several warehouses. Very cozy and recommended. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend booking the apartments offered by the guys. I have had the opportunity to stay in them on different occasions and I have never had any problems. The apartments are well equipped and have a very good location. I want to emphasize that communication has always been friendly, fast and effective.

Super happy with the apartment, I was there with my son and it had everything I needed to occupy. I would come back to my eyes closed. Everything clean and tidy. Pedro answered messages right away when I needed something. 100% recommended. Good location near the subway and the Alado mall.

The apartment is very good! Great reception! It was a bit complicated to close the door at the same time as you put the code, but nothing serious. The immediate area is not the safest, but it is super central, close to Ohiggins Park

Had a good stay, the apartment was exactly as described and it felt very safe.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.

Apartment was clean and roomy, great location, great shopping and food, and great views from apartment. I loved the nice big Jacuzzi, very relaxing after long day at work. Priscilla was very helpful when I got lost and helped me find my way, lol...and was very accommodating when I was running late to pick my luggage up to check out. Thank you for everything.
