Vacation rentals with a pool in San Jaime Mediterráneo

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent villa for a family holiday. House is very well maintained, beautiful garden and swimming pool. Location was great - 5 mins from restaurants, supermarket and beach. Hosts were super friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for a holiday in Menorca.

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

Wir (Papa, Mama und Baby) hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dieser traumhaften Finca. Die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur war perfekt zum Abschalten. Der Pool war für uns alle das absolute Highlight! Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei – gerade an heißen Tagen ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Badezimmer waren modern und mit starkem Wasserdruck – besser als zu Hause! In wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer, ideal für spontane Ausflüge. Die Besitzerin war super nett, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wichtig zu wissen: Wie in der Beschreibung steht, ist ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich, um flexibel unterwegs zu sein. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können die Finca wärmstens empfehlen!

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria, très accueillante et disponible. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes : calme, central au niveau de l île un peu isolé, mais tout est accessible en voiture rapidement ce qui en fait le Spot parfait. Attention, les accès sont un peu étroits, une petite ou moyenne voiture est préférable, mais il y a deux places pour se garer. L’espace est vaste, fidèle aux photos, et très propre. La piscine est un vrai plus : chaude, calme, avec des transats impeccables. Il peut faire chaud, surtout à l’étage, mais des ventilateurs sont présents au plafond dans les chambres. Et bonus : un petit chat adorable de passage qu’on espère voir choyé par les prochains locataires. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix à Minorque, idéal pour se détendre, visiter et profiter de la vue.

Logement parfait pour se déplacer dans Ciutadella à pied ! Décoré avec beaucoup de goût ! Maison de ville au top, ! Juste parfaite au niveau agencement ! Le patio et la piscine très agréable ! Je recommande !

I cannot recommend this villa enough, the photographs do not do it justice- it felt much more spacious than in the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and this had everything we could have needed and more! Odile was very responsive to my questions and even accommodated a slightly earlier check-in (we had a very early flight and a 6 month old baby), despite having been rented out beforehand. The rooms were large, airy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very tasteful. The outside space was fantastic with a larger pool than we have had before in villas. We spent most of our time outside when we were there and it was great to have options. We especially loved that we could walk to a lovely beach and shops and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. Having never been to Menorca before, we already plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again (in fact, I think I would be disappointed to go anywhere else now!).

Jorge preciso, flessibile ed efficiente per tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Appartamento pulito, ordinato in stile minorchino. Posizione dell'appartamento ottima sia per godere a piedi della spiaggia sottostante sia come punto di partenza in macchina per esplorare l'isola. Consigliatissimo!

Très bonne communication, bon accueil, réactif, logement fonctionnel. Un tout petit peu bruyant dans la chambre avec les voisins du dessus. Un etendoir à linge aurait été utile avec le lave linge. Mais le rapport qualité prix est imbattable

We have just returned from a really wonderful stay at Mariona and Joseph's place. The flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved eating on the balcony with a gorgeous sea view. You can't beat the location of the flat, just downstairs there is a supermarket and great cafe, and you are minutes from the pool and beach. The surrounding area is beautiful too, we enjoyed walks along the coastpath to Binigaus and Atalis beach and our children enjoyed the Loc de Menorca zoo. Mariona was a very kind and helpful host, she answered our questions very quickly. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home, we hope to be able to come back one day. Thank you also for the gifts of wine and biscuits on arrival, very much appreciated.

Belle semaine en famille dans le logement proposé par Emilio. Le logement est bien situé car il permet d'accéder facilement partout sur l'île. Nous étions en basse saison avec très peu de monde, peu de commerces ouverts, mais comme nous recherchions le calme c'était parfait.

This was our second visit because we had such a wonderful time last year! It was equally fantastic this time too! A lovely house in picturesque surroundings, including a pool. We loved sitting on the front terrace to have meals, to read and to sunbathe. It was so peaceful. Silvia was so kind to buy us some provisions as we arrived on the evening of check in day. In addition to the lovely Opera Restaurante, there is also now a cafe where you can buy some food to take away. We greatly enjoyed a couple of pre-dinner walks on the Cami de Cavalls, the entrance to which was just a few feet away. The views are amazing and we hardly saw anyone. We hope to return again. La casa de Siano estaba impecable. Súper limpia, tal cual como en el anuncio, con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto y cocinar sin problema. Muy cuidada y con detalles que se agradecen. Siano es de esos anfitriones de los de antes en Airbnb, algo que ya casi no se ve. No es una empresa, es una persona de verdad que se preocupa por que estés bien. Incluso tuvo el detalle de traernos fruta de su huerto… la mejor que he comido en mi vida! La zona es muy tranquila y fácil para moverse. Hemos estado súper a gusto. Recomendadísimo!

Super séjour , je recommande ce logement surtout avec des enfants c’est parfait ! La résidence avec les piscines, le parc de jeux, le supermarché, la plage et des restaurants sont tout proches c’est génial. Rober a été très agréable et disponible :-).

Todo perfecto. Gemma es muy educada y responde rápidamente. Gran ubicación. Todo lo necesario para una estancia de una semana estaba disponible. Además, para nosotros fue una ventaja que había una cuna de bebé. Checkin / checkout fue sin problemas. Pudimos entrar por la mañana y Gemma también fue muy flexible cuando nos fuimos.

Fint og romslig hus med veldig bra beliggenhet. Rolig område uten støy på nettene, men samtidig nært både sentrum (havna) og strand. Bærer litt preg av at huset er stort, og derfor ikke helt nyvasket i alle rom. Badene bærer også preg av alderen, og er noe slitte. Uteområdet var helt supert! Vi hadde god plass til 11 stk rundt spisebordet, samt god plass til alle rundt bassenget (men kun 9 solsenger). Kommunikasjon med «key-holder» var veldig god, hun kom innom huset etter kun 10 min den ene gangen vi trengte det. Så snart stekeovnen ble brukt gikk strømmen i hele huset, og vi måtte slå av lys + aircondition for at strømmen ikke skulle fortsette å gå under matlaging. Dette var dog en enkel løsning på; da man bare måtte skru på sikringa i sikringsskapet utfor nabohuset. Totalt sett et rimelig og hyggelig opphold!

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einem wirklich sauberen großen Haus. Die Betten waren super bequem und es war wirklich gut ausgestattet- bis auf Zahnputzbecher und evtl. Seife für die Ankunft. Es hatte auch einen tollen Aussenbereich mit fantastischem Blick. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Nous avons passé un excellent court séjour. La maison était impeccable et bien équipée, spacieuse et paisible; la personne de la réception très agréable. L'emplacement permet un point de départ idéal pour découvrir l'île. La piscine était grande et propre et toute la famille ravie. C'était vraiment trop court !

Es war wirklich super, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage war top ich kann es nur empfehlen. Wir waren vier Personen, die Zimmer waren groß, es war sehr gepflegt, und vor allem fanden wir sehr schön, wie es eingerichtet war. Vielen Dank

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos traumhaft schön, absolut privat gelegen! Zu erwähnen wäre: Der Außenbereich/Pool bietet kaum Schattenmöglichkeiten. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine und keine Klimaanlage. Zum Strand ist man in weniger als 5min gefahren und muss dann noch ca. 15min zu einer tollen Bucht laufen. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es mit dem Auto ca. 20min. Ohne Auto ist die Unterkunft nicht wirklich zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war leider schwierig, da die Unterkunft von einer Agentur betreut wird und man immer wieder vorgefertigte Mails bekommt. Die Schlüsselübergabe wird über jemand vor Ort geregelt. Alle 2Tage sollte jemand für den Pool kommen, das hat leider nicht geklappt, daher war der Pool am Ende grün und dreckig. Man muss 200 Euro Kaution hinterlegen, die man am Ende wiederbekommt. Der Müll wird 2tägig abgeholt. Die Lage ist, wenn man für sich sein möchte, unschlagbar und das Haus bietet alles was wir uns von unserem Urlaub erhofft hatten. Wir würden wiederkommen!
