This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 930 sf, and the deck area is about 750 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

The main living area is enhanced by a modern kitchen featuring green cabinetry and a large marble countertop. A spacious seating area is defined by a plush rug, where large glass doors open to a terrace, inviting in scenic mountain views and natural light.
