Vacation rentals with beach access in San Isidro

Seagrass apartments are in a prime location for walkable activities. Both hosts are more than accommodating and very friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

Exactly as advertised. 4 well sized bedrooms and comfy beds. The best part is the big balcony and view. It’s not a place for being indoors/watching tv - encourages you to get out and explore

Location is very convenient. Shops and restaurants are easily walkable 💯 Hosts were accommodating and easy to talk to.

We had a great time staying here! The value for money was excellent compared to other options in the area. Vanessa, our host, was incredibly helpful, kind, and always available whenever we needed anything—super responsive and attentive. Everyone we met was really nice too, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect: just across the street there’s a restaurant where you can grab breakfast or dinner, and Cloud 9 is only a walk away. At the same time, the area is quiet and peaceful—ideal for relaxing. Definitely recommend!

A gem hidden away from the hectic parts of General Luna. Really nice space with a huuge bed, nice lighting, clean and cosy. Huge plus for the fact that there was a water dispenser in the apartment. Felt like a home away from home really. Everything worked as expected and everything was clean. Would have loved to stay here longer. It's a bit of a drive from General Luna and all the restaurants but that was fine at least for me. The apartment is hidden away behind a laundry making it very private, no one can see in. Not a massive amount of natura light due to this but the lights in the apartment are great, so no issue there. Easy check-in with keybox. Nice surfing just around the corner at Ocean 9 & Salvacion. Great water pressure with proper hot water. Warmly recommended place!

The only reason I had to shorten my stay was that the entire island was hit with an electricity outage. This caused some issues with AC, fan, shower (hot water heater), and most importantly, internet. I did relocate to a different location with generator. Yayay was very understanding and communication with B Boy was swift, refund was promptly processed. I only have good things to say about this place.

Had a great stay at Ryan's place. Nice large room, large bathroom with hot shower, super location by the street with restaurants and friendly host. In short, great! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We had an amazing stay at Vince’s place. Seaugo is a real cocoon in one of the bests spots of Siargao. Perfect for chilling and surfing and so nicely decorated. In addition to that Vince and Janice were super responsive. We stayed 5 nights, we could easily have stayed a week if not longer as the open kitchen & lounge is welcoming and well equipped and you have a grocery shop just around the corner in addition to restaurants. Surf shacks and beach spa anre only 20 m away and sunset right at the doorstep. WiFi works perfectly. Lucky you if you stay there ;-)

Our stay at Sandy Feet Resort was one of the best vacation experiences we've had in the Philippines. One for the books! Just right location, fantastic amenities, caring, responsive and catering staff; and the villa itself, elegantly designed with exquisitely placed furnishings with such meticulous details; just so beautifully put together. And last but most certainly not the least, Alexandra was the consummate host; responsive, thorough and kind, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It was perfection all around. We hope to be back. Dear Alexandra, Ms. Joy, Mr. Larry, all of the staff, thank you so much for the extra care and touches; especially for the nighttime birthday preparations at the beach, under the stars. What memories we left with! It was a 6-day furlough we will soon not forget, thanks to you all!

Jasmine's place was like a small little paradise. Loved the decor, the open concept, and the whole vibe. I don't think the photos do this place justice. I adjusted my itinerary to include a night to enjoy her place. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, but beyond that they each have their own little balcony type space. It technically has two kitchens as well. But theres no need to use them because theres restaurants and a coffee shop steps away. She also has helpers there and was able to provide us answers on where to go, get tours, guides on where to eat, etc. Trust the locals, forget Google. Will definitely come back here again. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Cocoon House! The location is perfect—just a short distance from the main road, which made it convenient to get around. The space itself was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Séverin and Jordan were outstanding hosts. They were always helpful, super responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and inviting spot in Siargao. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved renting this beach front property. It truly is a peaceful environment and so beautiful. Ricky made ALL the difference, he is the young man who manages the property and is always ready to help. We have teenagers so we rented motorcyles for everyone and we could get in and out easily to town to the beach to go surfing. I am not sure how people would get around if they did not have motorcyles b/c it's a little off the beaten path and exactly what we wanted. It's a real treat to have your own pool. The beach was right there and so breezy. I know everyone wants to be near General Luna but we actually loved being away from it all. We didn't know that we could surf at Ocean 10 and it was just a few minutes away by motorbike and much better than the famous Cloud 9 where it is too crowded.

Honestly I didn’t know Im going to love staying at Jordan’s place prior to booking. It has everything I need, perfect location, spacious place, I feel like I live in my own apartment! I love the mirror in the bathroom, I can do my pretend concerts in there. Kitchen is surprisingly functional, small but has everything one needed to cook. All details are well thought out. Beware there are lots of dogs and chickens so set your expectation with the noise. I specially appreciate the work station. Every corner is functional so I highly recommend Jordans place if you’re looking for a place to stay in Siargao! Can’t wait to be back!!

We spent 10 days in this accommodation and everything was perfect. Every 3rd day someone cleaned the room again. The staff were very, very kind. Great location. 1 minute away is a beach bar which also serves food. You can walk to Cloud 9 in 3 minutes. The place is exactly as described. Really very very beautiful.

Gina’s house is located at Punta Punta Surf Resort. There are other 1 bedroom units and “glamping” tents on the same property. The staff there was great and very accommodating with all my requests. The view from the front of the resort is spectacular. The house itself is beautiful. The loft area doesn’t cool down very well so if the heat bothers you take the downstairs unit. They helped us when we needed to go somewhere by requesting a “tuk tuk” if you can ask for Richie he was great and always on time to get us even at 0530 to go see the Sunrise at Cloud 9. There are many areas to get to by renting a moped too. You can quickly get to Sunset Bridge which is a must; Cloud 9 and Tourism Road has tons of shops and bars/restaurants if you are looking for a fun night life! You can also request yoga to do waterside. There really is no beach access there. There’s a small rope line to get you out to the surf if you are a surfer! The breakfast (for a fee) was very good too!

I felt very comfortable with my stay here. The place is nicely decorated and looked exactly like the pictures posted. It was a relaxing and refreshing experience. I supe love it! What truly stood out was the host’s exeptional hospitality. She was incredibly very nice and accomodating. So easy to communicate with. I made a few requests during my stay, and she acknowledge and gave me no stress at all. Very helpful I really appreciate it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a cozy escape! Will definitely book this place again! Thanks you so much dear!

Jay was a great host and the apartment was exactly as pictured. The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable, and private. The only downside is the construction next door but hopefully they will be finished soon. The best part of the apartment is that there is solar battery backup so if the power goes out because of frequent brownouts, the apartment will still have power for aircon, lights, and the refrigerator. I've slept through many brownouts on the island and haven't even noticed because of his power backup system. I've stayed here at Jay's place many times and I look forward to staying here again. 5 stars!
