Desde el primer contacto con Roxana mostró su amabilidad y disposición a ayudar. Llegué y entré fácilmente al departamento siguiendo las instrucciones. El departamento es muy limpio y ordenado, tiene más de lo que uno necesita para pasar una agradable estancia. Todo dentro se ve moderno y acogedor. Pese al clima frío y húmedo de lima, en el interior del departamento me sentía bien abrigado. Sin duda alguna fue una buena elección haberme hospedado en el departamento de Roxana.

Marcela fue una grandiosa host, llegamos a las 2 de la mañana y estaba ahí , lista para explicarnos todo lo que necesitábamos. El apartamento perfecto para mí y mi familia. Tranquilo, con acceso privado , amplio. Pudimos preparar nuestros desayunos sin ningún problema, una cocina muy bien equipada. Recomendado para estadías en lima. Está muy cerca a los mejores restaurantes.

Hola, realmente mi esposa y yo nos sentimos como en casa. El lugar tiene cada objeto bien pensado con las comodidades necesarias para una buena estadía. Los electrodomésticos funcionan a la perfeccion y realmente esta muy conservado. Es de los pocos apartamentos de su tipo en que nos hemos hospedado que esta bien equipado y el aseo impecable. Gracias por pensar en cada detalle.

El departamento de Sonia era realmente hermoso: nos recibieron de manera muy amable, el lugar estaba limpio y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Sonia siempre respondió de forma rápida y cordial, y se preocupó en todo momento por saber si todo estaba bien. El distrito es seguro, hay muchos cafés y restaurantes, e incluso se puede ver el mar desde el departamento. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente!

Todo perfecto. La ubicación, la comunicación con la host María, la limpieza, la facilidad de todo. El apartamento es muy baby friendly porque tiene cuna y bañera de bebé, es con ascensor, acceso para coches, parking, etc. todo muy bueno y vale la pena cada centavo

Great condo- nice balcony and views of the surfers in the distant. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops etc. Clean and the bed was comfortable.

Si están buscando un lugar donde quedarse en Lima, definitivamente el departamento de María es la mejor opción, desde que ingresamos al departamento se notaba la limpieza, impecable todo, el abastecimiento de insumos que uno necesita para cocinar nos pareció genial, nos encantó que esté implementado. La comunicación con María es rápida y te ayuda en cualquier momento. Sinceramente quedamos encantados, definitivamente regresaremos. Súper recomendado!

Me sentí muy cómodo durante mi estadía. El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

por não ter MTA coisa perto achei pouco alto o valor e sem falar que era quase dia e noite uma pessoa atendendo cliente como tivesse de um lado de motel fiz várias reclamações mas nada foi resolvido.

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Well situated with restaurants and small supermarkets on same street. Barranco is an amazing part of Lima and Jimena’s apartment is a very comfortable base. Bed is comfortable after a long day of exploring. Easy keyless access. Definitely recommend

Ivan’s apartment was just as described. It was just right for our needs, it was walkable and everything was no more than a few blocks walk. The apartment is on the 12th floor of the building and during our stay there was a fire alarm that went on for about 15 mins causing us to exit the apartment via the stairs. The apartment had a comfortable bed and was just as described. I didn’t use the amenities. There was always a guard/attendant at the front desk.

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

This place is beautiful with an amazing view! The host was very helpful from the time I booked all the way until my last night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Lima/Mira Flores. Especially any visitors not from Peru as the location is safe and convenient.

Apartamento ótimo e comunicação rápida e eficaz. Voltaríamos, com certeza! O único ponto que eu colocaria como melhoria, seria o sinal da internet que é um pouco ruim e não pega no banheiro. Porém, isso não afeta em nada toda a ótima estadia.
