This is the only viable AirBnB option in SFM. All the others are subpar or inactive for extensive periods. Verdana has over 20 units in the complex that you can choose from. There is security 24/7. And there is parking. The units aren’t luxurious. But for the price and the location, it’s your best option. All the basic requirements are satisfactory. Will return if ever needed.

Apartment was nice, safe area or location. Host was attentive and very responsive. Overall great experience Will recommend, happy stay.

Noel’s place was excellent for the few days I spent in the city. The view was spectacular, the service in the building was spectacular and the apartment was very comfortable. It has everything that you need for your stay comfortability, privacy and the view. Noel was also very responsive and accommodating to anything that I needed or questions that I had. The place works great for short or long term. It is located inside a gated high rise which has 24/7 security. We felt safe staying there. There was construction going on nearby at the time which is something to consider if you plan to work from home given the noise. However, if your plan is to explore and don't plan to stay in, it would work just fine as it was centrally located; close to restaurants, shops and the bus station which allowed us to travel to other cities in our free time. The host is very responsive, checked on us multiple times and ensured we were enjoying our stay.

Muy cómodo y lindo este Airbnb. Nos encantaban la piscina en la terraza y el gim, y el apartamento es muy lindo con bella vista de la ciudad y montañas. El lugar se queda cerca a lugares centrales pero también es tranquilo y tiene buena seguridad. Yo volveré a este Airbnb felizmente cuando pueda!

El apartamento es igual que en las fotos, pero estando dentro mucho mejor, todo impecable y con olor a limpio agradable, muchas amenidades y de calidad, no dudaría en lo absoluto para repetir en mi próxima visita a Santiago, gracias por darme a mí y a mis invitados tan agradable experiencia. The condo was great and clean. Nestor was super responsive and sent someone out when the penthouse ran out of toiletries. The bedrooms were a bit smaller than I assumed but a decent sizes.
